A very good deal for the price! This hotel seems quite new and the reception staff is sooo nice. We booked the most basic room and it was huge - my photo only shows half the space we had - with a fridge, a microwave, even a dishwasher! and you can even get a little stove-top griddle-type thing to cook on - super useful when traveling with kids or for longer stays. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. |They have a little "marketplace" in the lobby, where you can purchase frozen meals etc, for your room. Nice 24hr coffee and hot chocolate station, and the breakfast area looked great too - we did not use it because there was *a lot* of kids there, touching everything, making themselves drinks etc. - which is fine, but we decided to skip it. |(Smallish) negatives would be... |*The appliances in the room are stainless and ours were covered in smudges. Housekeeping really should clean this between guests. |*Our TV (room 406) did not work properly - we had sound but the image would disappear after a few seconds. Looked like it may have been dropped at some point. We advised the front desk but told them not to send maintenance, since we were only there for one night, and we could use my boyfriend's Ipad. We advised them again about the TV while checking out - so hopefully they replaced it.|*As other reviews have pointed out, the walls are paper-thin. We were on the top floor and in a corner room - so we only had one neighbor, and we could literally hear them talk through the walls. I can understand how people can be bothered if the rooms around them have rowdy guests. If you are easily annoyed by noisy neighbors - don't stay here.

This hotel was absolutely one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Both the rooms and the common areas are immaculate. Their staff at the front are continually cleaning the coffee cocoa area. It is nicely decorated. Clearly well managed. The staff were exceptionally nice and the set up and location were perfect for us. We came with 5 - 14 year olds . They loved it. The walls are pretty thin (we could hear them just talking from our room) which was a bit hard with 5 - laughing and giggling boys, having a super “sleepover”, but we managed to work it out and it’s a good lesson for them in hotel etiquette. We thought tubing would be the funnest part for them but they actually liked the proximity to the outlets and walked over to them independently. CRANMORE was 5 min drive. Food all around - even Market Basket. Perfect spot for families.

From the moment I approached the service desk, I was greeted & welcomed immediately. We came as a party of five, my son, his wife, and my two granddaughters ages 4 & 6. We had two separate rooms. The entire hotel, top to bottom (room, pool area, gym, breakfast area, and the hallways), were very, very clean, and I'm a picky person when it comes to cleanliness. The receptionist named Matt was the best!! He messaged me, asking how my stay was going & if I needed anything to let him know. The cleaning supervisor, who was a guy, cleaned my room spotless. My entire family, including myself, had a blast in the pool. I will definitely be back to this hotel every time I'm in North Conway. My stay there was wonderful. Thank you, Hilton.

Snow and Ice storm came in the day of our stay. We were coming from 3 and half hours away and we couldn’t make it because of the conditions were so bad. I was told no refunds unless I cancelled 7 days prior to our stay. Which I understand but this was a special occasion like a big snow storm. Not like we just decided we didn’t feel like going. I was told by the front desk that the snow storm was already in the forecast and if they sold the room they would give me a refund (probably a lie) otherwise they would charge me. Very rude really. I would understand even a partial refund would be better than nothing. $330 for one night is not a cheap hotel! We travel to North Conway every year and will never look to stay at this property again. Very disappointing

Stayed here back in Sept for a hiking trip with our 10 and 12 yr old kids. Staff was incredibly friendly and entire space was clean. We had to leave early and I asked if they could have to go breakfast ready for us and they made it happen. Just truly amazing!! Pool was great for the kids and is spacious enough. Close to everything North Conway and access in and out is quick. Our kids wished that we stayed longer last time and they will get their wish in January. Going to stay here for almost a whole week with family and friends. We usually do an Airbnb, mom's didn't want to have to make beds, breakfast, and clean. The full size refrigerator is going to be convenient, especially with kids.

This is a very nice Home 2 Suites and would appear to be fairly new. Hotel staff was very nice both evening check in and the next morning on duty. After a long week of traveling it was great to have two commercial size washers and dryers to get some much needed laundry done - and no quarters needed - the machines took credit cards. The rooms are very spacious, bedding comfortable and bathroom very modern. Breakfast was one of the best put out by the chain hotels that offer breakfast. Highly recommend the Home 2 Suites while visiting this beautiful part of Vermont.

What a horrible experience !!!|After this horrible experience, I tried to contact the manager by mail 3 times with his own email address provided by the hotel : 15 october, 21 october and 29 october and the manager NEVER replied me. Also I contacted the highest level of corporate guest assistance of Home2Suites on facebook who tried to contact the manager and she never replied it. After this, I contacted booking.com who tried to contact the manager and this manager still never replied !|Why I want a response from manager ? because I have bad experience during the 2 nights in this hotel, here is my message sent to manager :|I inform you that we slept 2 nights at the Home2 Suites By Hilton North Conway hôtel from October 7 to 9. We were 3 people.|On May 4 on booking.com via messaging, I asked to prepare 3 beds (2 double beds + sofa bed), please see attachment.|When we arrived, the sofa bed was not prepared at all. So we had not slept on the sofa bed! We were forced to sleep 2 persons on 1 bed and 1 person on the other bed.|Why was the sofa bed not prepared as requested well in advance?|Also, I inform you that the receptionist behaved very aggressively with me on the 1st evening (October 7). I specify that it is the receptionist of the evening and not of the morning.|Indeed, I asked her for a simple soap. She sighed, got angry and told me she didn't have any soap, and I was very surprised for a high-end hotel. I insisted on having the soap and as I didn't understand what she was saying because I'm deaf and French and I asked her to answer me in writing, she got angry again and sighed again, she ended up giving me a soap dispenser. It was a traumatic and terrible experience for me with her unacceptable behavior.|The next morning (October 8), we wanted to use the washing machine and we used our last detergent and no luck: all the washing machines displayed a network failure (error 43). The receptionist of morning contacted support very quickly, she was kind and efficient.|So we decided to comeback in the evening to use the washing machine whose network was working and my mother asked the receptionist (who is the same as the previous evening) for the detergent, we explained to her that we lost the detergent because the washing machines were down in the morning, the receptionist got angry and sighed saying that she was not aware of the breakdown of the machines and my mother told her to calm down and that her behavior is unacceptable. The receptionist ended up giving us the detergent.|We ask that an investigation be carried out because the behavior of the evening receptionist is unacceptable and we also ask for compensation of price of at least one night in the face of this aggressive and unacceptable behavior.|Thank you for your understanding.

Great location! Friendly staff. Gym. Clean clean clean. Breakfast was well put together.
24 hour hott chocolate,coffee,cookies.
Pool is great!
Pillows could use some help but no need for a lesser rating.
Thank you to you all ,our 5 and 4 year Olds love the place.
