One of my all time favorite hotels. I have been coming here for 12 years . The waffles are delicious . The owners are kind . They have the best breakfast I have ever had while staying at a hotel .

Great place which is a quick drive to North Conway, but just far enough to be nice and quiet. The owners are really nice and serve a great breakfast. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Lovely experience for our family, drastic change from the high volume hotels. Clean and quaint rooms, very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is the highlight for my daughter, chocolate chip waffles made fresh. Then have a seat with your coffee and enjoy the birds coming to visit the feeder just outside the window. The owners are lovely and make you feel right at home, we will choose Old field house over the grand everytime.

Beautiful B&B. Very large room with 2 comfortable swivel chairs, comfortable beds, comfy linen. Enjoy the daily home made breakfast with eggs, sausage, belgium waffle, oatmeal, homemade bread, cereals, etc in a beautiful dining area with lots of windows. Wonderful bird watching many varied species during breakfast. Nicely kept grounds with many lounging chairs, pools, hot tub, picnic tables, grille. Would recommend you stay here

The owners are impeccably warm and kind people. Very cozy accommodations including two fire places on the first floor. Nana, their Alaskan Malamute was a hidden plus too! And Rodney cooks a mean breakfast every morning, which is free and includes pretty much everything you could ask for in a continental breakfast. Location is perfect for being near the White Mountains and the price is right. A charming little hotel we would love to come back to.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay on our visit to New Hampshire! We are so happy we stayed here. Our rooms were spacious and clean (room 111 and 112). The breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order waffles and bakery bread! There were so many options to make everyone happy. The big windows in the eating area were perfect for watching the snow fall while enjoying a cup of coffee.||The inn keepers are warm and friendly! They happily offer great excursion and restaurant suggestions! The location was perfect for the winter activities we wanted to try in the area, such as The Cog Train, Hammerdown snowmobiling, visiting Diana's Baths, the Snowcoach and snowshoeing at Great Glen Trails.( We lived all of them, by the way) It was just a very short drive to the quaint town of North Conway. Fun shops to see! ||Definitely recommend eating at Tuckerman's across the street. We also liked Flatbread Co. in North Conway and Christmas Farm Inn (BOGO entrees on Monday nights).||We enjoyed the game room and outdoor hot tub in the evening since it got dark so early.||Such a cozy, unpretentious inn! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Old Field House Lodge and would definitely go back! It was close enough to what we wanted to do, but just off of the main road that it was a quieter location. The owners were very nice and helpful, and they provided a delicious breakfast - the blueberry waffles were the best I've ever had! Thank you!

My family and I stayed here for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. We brought niece and nephews along and I didn’t have one complaint, huge success! The owners and their dog Nana really made you feel right at home. Rooms were clean with newer carpeting and I must say that was a plus for me! I originally thought there were 2 pools, indoor and outdoor but the 1 pool was enclosed outdoors, but it worked out beautifully! The kids loved the game room that was equipped in the basement area along with a large family room with plenty of games and puzzles as well. I was able to throw in a load of laundry too! Breakfast was excellent and the homemade fluffy waffles were a huge hit! All in all it was a great quiet property and minutes from everything! We found our new vacation spot and can’t wait to go back!
