We recently hosted my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at The Wild Rose Restaurant at Stonehurst Manor, and it was absolutely perfect!

From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. We worked with Julie, who is a true professional. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was flawless, and her expertise and kindness made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable.

Not only did we host a rehearsal dinner for 40 guests, but we also arranged a welcome reception to greet out-of-town wedding guests. Despite our unpredictable schedule and our lively (sometimes loud!) group, the incredible staff at Stonehurst handled everything with grace and calm, ensuring the night ran seamlessly.

The food was outstanding—delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone raved about the dishes, and it was clear the kitchen puts care and craft into every plate.

And then there’s the ambiance… Stonehurst Manor truly captures the essence of classic New England charm. With its roaring fireplaces and timeless character, the setting was warm, inviting, and absolutely magical for such a special occasion.

We go to Stonehurst Manor at least once a year, usually twice a year. The view is amazing. The Manor has so much history. We usually take our dog. They have a couple of rooms dog friendly. Walk out the door and you will find nice walking trail for your dog,
The dinners are amazing and included in the price along with breakfast. It doesn’t have a lot for kids but there is plenty to do near by for the kids. Although I would say the Manor is mainly for adults. Would 100% recommend going there

Absolutely love this place! Have been staying here for almost 20 years! Your stay includes a free dinner and breakfast and you can select anything off the menu. All the meals are delicious, especially the Wild Rose dish which has a rose flavored pasta and lots of seafood, including shrimp, scallops, crab meat and lobster chunks. The rooms are so cozy, especially the ones with fireplaces, jacuzzis and balconies with mountain views. The library cocktail lounge is also wonderful with delicious drinks and a cozy fireplace. The decorations around Christmas time are wonderful as well! Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Hampshire and the North Conway area!

A beautiful turn of the century manor with an incredible courtyard area with a lifesize chess board and chairs to take in the beautiful views which are unmatched in the fall as the full array of colors are displayed. Located at the tail end of the shops in the area, you will always find something to explore! My wife and I had our honeymoon there in 2016 and have since returned to the area many times. North Conway boasts many seasonal activities but coming back from an exhilarating day of zip lining, skiing, or hiking to rest fireside in an ornate library is the perfect cap to the day. You won't be disappointed.

Room was no way near as shown on website. Room 30 shows a beautifully furnished room with specific verbiage of a canopy bed. NOPE...no such bed in this room. Just a basic headboard, box spring and mattress with plain bedding. Web site should be updated immediately and stop the seriously misleading of customers.
Food was very good. We were a little worried about that after checking in and staff stated it has gotten better than a couple months back. We had dined here numerous times before and found it of the same high quality.
Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.
Will dine here again but will not stay nor would I suggest you do if you are going by room descriptions and pictures on web

Just returned from a three night stay, and what a disappointment it was. Have been going for 20 years and am now contemplating staying elsewhere. Service is slow, key staff members have left since new ownership. It was great to go and be remembered, but now you are just another client. This is run like a business where in the past you were a valued guest and everyone went out of their way to make your visit the best it could be. No more. Office does not open until 1PM One server for 8-9 tables, no one to bus the tables, the server did a great job, but really? Where is Denise? She was the backbone of the manor, whatever needed to be done she was there, with never a compliant, but always with a smile and kind word or conversation. She served, bussed tables, made and served drinks and made sure that everything was to your satisfaction. What a loss to the guests. The new owners are running this place into the ground. Sadly!!!!!!!!!!!! Please look elsewhere.

We’ve been staying at the manor on a yearly basis for several years and we’ve never been disappointed. Even under new ownership they’ve become even better than ever!! It’s always been a wonderful experience.
The Wild Rose within the Manor has been one of our TOP choices for dining in North Conway.

Perfect location, especially if you want to take off right out the door on your snow shoes or cross country skis. Well known Whitaker Woods is right there, a tractor groomed trail strictly for cross country skis or snow shoes. Very easy traversing. Trying to boot walk it you'd get stuck in deep snow as most of the snow cover remains on the trail. This unfortunately would ruin the trail for the snow shoes and skis (sorry to say)
