My vehicle was sent back with missed repairs not looked at. The back seat was removed and the plastic brackets were lost. The back seat hand was broken and now the seat can't recline. The owner's daughter says she'll get back to you promptly but doesn't. It's taken almost 2 yrs too and I'm still waiting for these things repaired.

Got an estimate, went ahead and booked a service appointment ASAP, which was around 3-4 months. Went to drop off my truck and was almost immediately told that the estimate was going to be much larger. Left the truck overnight for another estimate, came back $2200 more (200%) than the original, AND was also told they couldn’t even do the repair. Asked them about the specific part the first time I took it in and was assured it wasn’t an issue. Thank you Welcomes Auto Body for wasting 4 months of my time for NOTHING! Go elsewhere with your business.

We were headed to Lake Tahoe when our car started to overheat. The insurance roadside assistance called them and within an hour David was here and quickly got us to a shop. He was super nice and seemed to know everybody in town so it made me trust the mechanic more. Highly recommend!

I got in an accident a few weeks ago when someone decided to try to pass me on the left on a one lane road when I was turning into my driveway. I called the local Toyota dealership and they recommended we take our car to Welcome's. Our experience was great and the car looks brand new! Bea was very nice and helpful. She worked with our insurance to get everything figured out. I hope to never be in this situation again but if it happens, I would definitely go back to Welcome's.

I have had two cars in for minor body work and panting. The Lexus was the rear bumper with a
pearl white color. Excellent repair and perfect match. Then my Dodge front bumper that someone ran a shopping cart retriever into. Again, a perfect match. Very happy. Bob Neamy

I just picked up my '21 Dodge Ram from Welcome's. They have have had it for nearly 3 months. I chose them because they were guaranteed under my insurance and got a good vibe from meeting the owner (Roy) and his daughter (who runs the office). I waited 3 months, since I was violently struck from behind by a commercial truck, to finally get it in. . I have been severely disappointed in the company. My experience has been nothing but negative. Been given the run around about when it would be done, from the start. The person who was given the case, became evasive on when it would be complete, and kept blaming it on parts. I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but as time went on, I noticed that her story didn't jibe. Originally, told it would be ready Nov 6th (after having it a month). Dates kept shifting and obvious lies were created to string me along. It's now Dec 22. The case manager called me 3 weeks ago to tell me that I could pick it up (the guy needed to wash it and was coming in on Saturday to finish it). I showed up the next week and could tell that she was being elusive. She walked me to the garage, where the front bumper was off, and now they were waiting for more parts... Huh? Told another 10 days. Received a text message from my insurance congratulating me on getting my vehicle back on Dec 20th... I called Welcome's to inquire about the message, as I had heard nothing from them. "Yes, it's ready, pick it up tomorrow". The day I finally got it back; Dec 22, took it to the gas station, only to find out repairs that had needed immediate attention after the accident (headlamp out, wiper reservoir leaking, right tire rubs the frame when turning, etc); hadn't been fixed. God only knows what damage is done underneath the hood and frame and hasn't been fixed. I thought the owner might call to provide some sort of explanation, but evidently he doesn't care about his business, nor about the quality of work (or lack thereof) of his employees. I highly recommend you practice due diligence before making the decision to leave your vehicle with Welcome's Auto Body.

PLEASE SEND MY DRIVER LICENSE BACK!

My vehicle was towed during my Lake Tahoe visit in Nov 2022 and when I picked up my car and paid the necessary penalties and fees (almost $500). Then a day later I realized I didn’t have my driver license, called them up and been told my driver license was there and they asked my address so they can mail it back to me. WEEKS have passed and no mail showed up. I called them up again and they said they sent it and it should arrive in the mail soon but again nothing showed up in the mail.. I told them I can pay but still no luck!

I can’t express how good of a service I got! My insurance sent them my details, in no time they called me; set everything up; took my car in ! No waiting period! And everything was so quick and efficient! From my advisor Cynthia to the workers who worked on my car! I picked up my car and it was completely cleaned, washed and detailed! I will be back here whenever I need car services again!
