Had my 3rd experience with Clear Choices technical team to repair my Xerox Unit. Each visit has been quick, easy, and successful. My last call today made me want to share my experience. At 3 service calls they are clearly the choice for quality technical support! Thank you Shem and Ray !!

We have been working with Clear Choice Technical for the past three weeks to resolve an issue with our company printer, but unfortunately, their service has been anything but clear or effective. Despite multiple visits, the problem remains unresolved. Each time, their technicians assure us that the issue should be fixed within a few hours, yet the printer continues to fail.

Communication has been extremely poor, and at this point, it seems either they do not have the expertise to fix the problem or they are simply stringing us along with repeated service calls—each of which incurs an additional charge. Now, they are no longer returning our calls, leaving us with a broken printer and no resolution after already paying for their service.

At this time, I cannot recommend this company to others. However, I hope to update this review with a positive outcome if Clear Choice Technical takes responsibility, returns our call, and finally resolves the issue without additional charges.

Ray helped me set up remote access to our office printer. He is very knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I can now print files remotely with ease, thanks to Ray's support! I highly recommend their services!

Yesterday I received my new printer and Rey helped me to install it.
Then this morning when I came to work I noticed my fax was not hooked up. I sent Rey an email and he called me right away. I enjoy working with Rey he is always so pleasant. He usually helps me right away. He is very knowledgeable and I have learned a lot from him. Keep up the good work Rey!

Shem was my point of contact for a "legacy" copier issue. He was absolutely wonderful and very thorough. I had to be guided through steps and am not very tech savy. Shem never became impatient or deterred, but instead found ways to help me. He was very well trained and took time trying a multitude of solutions and even researched possible solutions. He is an asset to the company due to his vast knowledge and amazing customer service. I would recommend this company and specifically Shem. This is even after we were unable to fix the issue with an old machine. Don't hesitate to call and utilize this company! Thanks Shem!!!
