The owner is very friendly and made sure that the eggs and sausage were hot from the microwave! Better that than cold ! The room was very large, clean, and pet friendly. The hotel is in a lovely area with a great view. The bedding could have been a bit more (I like a bit of weight in the bedding), but it was clean. Beautiful location above Lake Topaz and economical.

The only negative is that it was confusing for us to find the office, we drove around a couple times, I think they need to add a sign. The front desk person was great. It’s nice and quiet and parking super safe and clean. Our dog even slept good. We didn’t find anything wrong with our room.

The most wonderful and peaceful place to get away to is definitely at Tpaz Lake Inn in Nevada. We couldn't believe the quiet and beautiful lake view of our hotel stay. We were excited to take a weekend trip, but it turned out to be a memorable trip. Thank you BestWestern for providing us with this wonderful experience.

The worse breakfast and very overpriced accommodations. Billed four times for 1 night. |Alot of noise upstairs, thought maybe were night workers on duty. We will not stay at this Best Western again. Refrigerator did not keep things cold. Very dissappointed

This is an okay hotel, good for a short stay but the beds are not very comfortable and when we arrived the front desk staff was not in the office so we had to wait a bit. The rooms were clean and the beds smelled like bleach which is better than being dirty. The breakfast was far less than impressive but the staff was trying their best to monitor it and refill things as needed. It seems like they could use a little more staff and a few upgrades here and there. Stayed for one night, the price was eh. Probably wouldn’t stay again

Can't really speak to the quality of the rooms as we didn't make it too far past the front desk after being put in the wrong room and then treated very poorly when we asked to get it fixed. The hotel receptionist was rude, kept talking over me, argumentative, and uncooperative. Don't bother.

After 2 nights I found 4 bugs in my bed. I told the front desk they were not concerned. I am now covered in itchy bites. Now I know they were bed bugs. This hotel is infested. My coworkers all have bites. When I called again and told them they did not care. I threw away my clothes shoes and my luggage. Beware if you stay here you will be bit up and if not careful bring it to your home.
