We have been using Home Helpers almost a year now. We love our helper, she is very attentive to our moms needs, she communicates with us very well, and genuinely cares about he well being.
On a whole the team communicates with us really well, they make sure to give updates through their portal and billing is easy with automation.

I hired Home Helpers to take care of my 90 year old mom. She had been living on her own since my father passed 8 years ago. She was having trouble ambulating and had taken a few falls. We also had Uplifted Care (Hospice, palliative) helping with her medication and bathing etc…
The women who came twice a day really did a fantastic job caring for mom. They got her up mornings and helped her dress. Fixed her breakfast, did light housekeeping and numerous other tasks. In the evening they got her ready for bed and again helped her in ways that allowed me more time to take care of my own household duties. The best part was that many of the girls truly bonded with her and she enjoyed their company very much. If we ever had a concern with anything or anyone it was taken care of immediately. The entire staff treated her with respect and dignity. Unfortunately we had to send her to an assisted living facility because she needed to have access to care 24/7. I would not hesitate to use Home Helpers and highly recommend them to anyone looking for help caring for a loved one. The communication was great and I appreciate everything they did for mom. I know mom will miss seeing her “girls” and I think many of them will also miss her. We are grateful and appreciate this organization very much.

We reached out to Home Helpers in December 2019 for my then 91 yr old mother-in-law. From initial encounter with Home Helpers staff & subsequent 5 day a week care giving(through June 2024) the HH organization never disappointed. Staff were genuine care givers & treated my mother-in-law like family from day one. They were very dependable & even through the Covid era never once failed to provide the same level of care on a daily basis. It was with a heavy heart that we had to make decision to place my mother-in-law into a full time care facility but the gracious care she received over the five yrs allowed her to stay in her own home much longer than many. Our family would recommend Home Helpers to others without hesitation.
