Terrible front desk service they take there time and choose who to call first it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or not they will sit there and talk and be on there phones while pricking your finger. The girl with braids is rude that doesn’t stick people. The new girl has nasty nails. Other than that it’s okay.

I would give this place zero stars if could. Not only is the pay lower than other places, but they do not let u do a wait period and become a new donor. After making my second donation today which I should still have been considered a new donor I was informed I would not receive my new donor pay because I didn’t make my donations in their allotted time period. This place is a rip off if you are gonna help make a company thousands of dollars and go “help save lives” choose a company that has integrity and actually rewards their patients for donations. 11/10 would not recommend db plasma

I went for several months and as strange as this may sound began to look forward to my donations. You begin to form a friendship with the staff and look forward to catching up with them. I have to point out that all the Techs are terrific... great bedside manner and really good at what they do in what can sometimes be a very busy and chaotic environment.

My one star comes from my experience just a few weeks ago. Apparently the sample of blood they take every few months to make sure you're not diseased was somehow compromised so they needed a new sample. I was never told that sample was compromised and the upshot was I showed up to donate and instead of being able to donate I had to provide another sample, and was not compensated.

The Gentleman who runs the place was barely able to formulate an apology and overall seemed rather dismissive and Unapologetic.

To date I don't know the results of the new blood test which I can assure you are fine but until I'm told they are fine I cannot return. I have not gotten an answer to my emails. Placing a phone call is a joke. I'm not going to schedule a donation appointment to sit there and wait to see if my results are back yet or not.

Upshot: my plasma donation days are over. I'm not going to beg for the privilege of having a needle shoved in my arm twice a week.

Such a great experience for my first time here. Friendly staff. Efficient and quick. Clean environment. So much better than CSL!!! Go here instead. 10/10 recommend 👌

I’ve donated at this location for more than a decade and this is the worst I’ve seen it. Appointments not honored. Lack of staff. Closed for random reasons without notification. Operation hours cut literally in half. Staff and management is always kind to me but I’m losing patience with the operation. Saving lives is just not worth my time when they advertise return donor appointments should take 1.5 hours but they take double that due to the long wait times. I walked out yesterday after 40 minutes in the lobby WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I wouldn’t wait more than 15 minutes at a doctor’s office and I shouldn’t be asked to do that here.

Zero stars DB! You gotta do better or CSL is gonna take us all. 😡

Walked in afternoon today after missing my appointment for Tuesday, luckily still got to proceed. Amber, one of the center Nurses got me through the rest of my new donor process swiftly and her service was great. The floor team was nice and attentive throughout my donation. Will be back!

Donated for the first time and had a very pleasant experience! Very friendly staff, especially Amber at the front desk! She handled all my on-boarding and did a wonderful job! I liked having the kiosk as well for check-ins as it helped expedite the process! Look forward to becoming a regular donor!

I told them something was wrong because I saw on the screen something was wrong. I told them multiple times and one lady said twice "if the machine don't make a noise, we don't make a noise" and proceeded to ignore my concern. Not long after, I got a HEMATOMA and it hurt really bad. On top of that, when I didn't consent to a restick of the needle to get my blood back, I was blamed for that. I was terrified and I was to blame After they ignored me when I was concerned Never going back. So many things happened in my time there (a few months) that should've made me call it quits. Red flags waving in my face.
