This was such an amazing event! Held a sorority formal here. Food was so yummy (had chicken, mash potatoes, green beans and a salad buffet style). The venue was gorgeous with the main lights and back lights. Service was amazing with people constantly cleaning up. The next day pickup of things was so quick! Will definitely return if I could!!

Cracked Pepper catered my daughter's wedding last Saturday evening @ their home venue--The Warehouse on State. They also provided the cake and cupcakes. Everything was outstanding. Received so many compliments on the food! It was served promptly and piping hot (except for the salad LOL). We couldn't be happier with their services. Easy to work with from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cracked Pepper!

3 Stars only because the appetizers were good. The dinner I was served at a wedding was 50% inedible. I'd be embarrassed to serve a steak like that to anyone and thought Cracked Pepper would hold themselves to a higher standard. I was wrong.

Food great! Communication is absolutely horrible and unable to communicate!
Tried to call no one ever picks up a phone there. You have to hope for a call back.
No confirmation before and good luck if you want to make a change the day before.
If you oder something 2 month in advance you want to confirm everything!
Sense we couldn't get a hold of anyone, we ended up with 2 catered lunches. We couldn't rely on if they were going to show up so we ordered from someone else as well. No Communication, we didnt know if they were still doing catering. Again no one answers the phone. Supposedly they called back according to the person who delivered. Surprisingly no message on voicemail on the 3 different people that tried to call.
When we placed the order the past few times it has taken a week. We dealt with it. Food is good, everyone likes it. Plus they are locally owned.
YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST FOOD IN THE WORLD BUT IF YOU DONT COMMUNICATE AND ARE UNREACHABLE, DOESN'T MATTER. I can tell you we are not going to book them again. Granted the 4 to 6 times a year we use them isn't going to matter to the business but we have used them for years. In fact an event today staff wanted this for Administrative Assistants Day. They decided this Monday for Wednesday. We didn't even try!

AMAZING!
My husband and I used Cracked Pepper for our wedding and cannot say enough great things! Marla and Kate were both so easy to work with! Food was amazing! They knew exactly how much food would be needed for cocktail hour. My husband and I still hear nothing but praises from our guests about the food!

The food for our wedding was amazing. Everyone loved it! I was very impressed. The wedding was outside and there was no running water or electrical hookup, except for a generator, at the site and yet you would never have known. Thank you for being flexible with us. I would recommend Cracked Pepper to anyone.

I used Cracked Pepper catering for my daughter's first birthday party. I did the Summer Picnic Buffet with chicken sandwiches and hamburgers for adults and chicken tenders for children. Overall, we had WAY MORE FOOD than we needed and I could have spent about 1/2 as much money. In addition, the food sat out on the chaffing dishes and dried out throughout the party (which was not their fault, it was a hot day!). The food was good but the presentation of the condiments could have been nicer. They came and set up everything and were very friendly. I would use them again but I would not use their judgement when it comes to planning quantities and I would use my own dishes for a nicer presentation. Overall, I was happy with the food and enjoyed working with them!
