I had my first appointment yesterday to get my tooth out (wisdom tooth) they took the X-ray and looked and it and was able to take it out . They were over the top professional and they also were very helpful through the process and kept me safe which made me go out with no pain and now I feel better then ever . I definitely would recommend them. Especially if you are looking for flexible and understanding and professional people .

The staff is very professional, kind, and really good people in general. My daughter has special needs and they were able to do her fillings with no issues. We drive all the way from Peoria to see them because they are honestly the best! I was afraid of the dentist after a bad experience somewhere else, they are very empathetic and treat you like family. They take extra precautions to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed during your visit.

This place was really great until it was bought out a while back.
I had made an appointment on a Saturday before the buyout but I showed up and the doors were locked. Looked online and at the door, hours weren’t changed on either place. Called the new phone number and asked about it, it outsourced me to someone in Pennsylvania. I asked about the hours and they said “well they have optional Saturday hours. They’ll work on Saturdays if they feel like it.” …okay?
So I asked to reschedule to another Saturday - same thing. I was not notified. Rescheduled again and got a voicemail a few days before my appointment asking me to reschedule a third time. Ugh!
I get it, no one wants to work on the weekends, but this really sucked. When I was looking for a dentist at the time, one of the most important things to me was that they had weekend availability. If you don’t want to offer weekend hours, don’t offer weekend hours.
Looking at it now it *still* says that they have weekend hours. This was a while ago so maybe their policy’s changed since the last time I was there, or maybe they’ve just hired more staff, but I haven’t gone back since and would advise anyone against placing a weekend appointment.

The experience that I had at the access dental and orthodontist in Bloomington Illinois was horrible I had called last month in August because my bite blockers are very uneven to the point where it’s shifting my jaw, my jaw was never shifted until this was put in my mouth. I contacted the facility in August and they told me that they will contact me and get me in ahead of time because there’s no orthodontist there to fix it because they come every month and I understood that but they never called me back so I called two weeks prior to that and they told me they will get me in. But they call me never called me, so I waited until my appointment which was 09/13/24 when I got there I was on time for my appointment at 1 o’clock. I didn’t get seen until 2:40 I also have to be at work at two, but I let that go. I’m trying to tell the dental assistant about my problem/ pain with my bite blockers she goes and gets Dr. Bob I’m trying to let him know the experience and discomfort in what’s going on with my mouth. And I said if it’s not a problem we could just take the bite blockers out. He said we can’t because my teeth at the bottom are protruding out and my top teeth are going in and I said OK I understand that so can we at least make the bite blockers even because it’s making my jaw shift and I’m having aching in my mouth he proceeds on being passive aggressive, telling me “I’m trying to tell him how to do his job”, “since I know how to do braces I should do on myself” or if I keep telling him how to do his job I don’t need to have braces at all and we can just take them out and I told him that isn’t the case. I just want to fix the problem that I have going on it just back-and-forth and I get frustrated and I start crying so at the point I’m done talking to him he walks out and leaves. I grabbed my phone and calls my mother because I wanted to let her know what was going on and I’m upset and I’m cursing on the phone I ask the dental assistant if she can grab the manager Anita because I asked so I can get a solution to my problem. She makes the situation worse. She’s telling me that I was talking to him In a hostile manner, and that wasn’t the case I was on the phone talking to someone else he had already left out of the room when she came in to me talking. Bob and Anita I never talk to them in any disrespect. I was crying and wasn’t speaking for half of it, but never tried to disrespect them. I just want my problems to be fixed and when I get to crying, I get to shutting down and not talking anymore. I was trying to tell her my situation. She didn’t want to hear it and tells me that I have to reschedule my appointment and they already took the braces out of my mouth and I already paid for them for this month just because I asked if we can do the bite blockers today. So I asked if we can at least put my braces back in my mouth she proceeds on saying no because she says that she feels like I was being disrespectful and I have to come back another day so I am contacting you guys because now I am left with the brackets, scratching and tearing the inside of my mouth Because Anita decides to punish me so my experience here was terrible communication on the phones them being on time and the doctor being passive aggressive. It’s just a lot going on in this facility.

Racist. Unprofessional. The foreign Dr mocked me and I mocked him in return. I received a letter stating that I can no longer receive care there. They have rescheduled 2 of my appts and then sent a letter saying dental care tends to worsen if not addressed. Found that extremely funny when they rescheduled 2 of my appts and now are refusing care because once again it's okay to down talk a black woman but not acceptable for an Indian man to be questioned.. society will fall everytime you think one race deserves more respect than another. T

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our wait wasn’t long at all. It was my sons first time there and everyone made him comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

I’m very frustrated with them. The hours on the door say 8-4 pm however I show up at 12 and the doors are locked. I spend my entire lunch hour trying to wait and see if they open up and nothing. They don’t answer the phones and they don’t return calls from voicemails. It’s very unprofessional. I requested my daughter’s referral be sent to a provider in person two weeks again and the new clinic still hasn’t received it. My daughter is in pain because she needs a surgery and they are prolonging this process!
