I loved my stay! The staff are amazing and my room was excellent. The facility and rooms are extremely clean, and the beds are so comfy. I woke up feeling refreshed. The location was perfect. Several places to eat and shop. The bridge is a beautiful view as well. Enjoy your stay.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very nice, even a standard king room is spacious. We had a lovely view of the bridge and river. They have a great assortment of stuff at the front: snacks, drinks, toiletries, etc. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room service is friendly and on time everyday, even though we didn’t need them! They have a laundry facility, a nice pool, and a nice gym. We were out here for business but I would definitely come back.

Very nice buffet breakfast. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their warm and helpful attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to my visit.

The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was impeccable. It’s clear the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, as everything was spotless and well-maintained. It made my stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It’s conveniently situated which made getting around so easy and stress-free. Despite being centrally located, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, both in the hotel and the surrounding area, which gave me peace of mind.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in a great location.

We recently stayed with a team and the staff was very accommodating. Plenty of space for us to have breakfast and eat as a team, we were able to order in dinner and use the gathering space to have dinner. The juice machine was down but they ordered in juice cups so we still had that option for breakfast. Overall great experience and this stayed improved my perception of Holiday Inn.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. We really like the total atmosphere here. Everything from the checkin staff to kitchen staff are all very friendly. We really like that a free breakfast is offered. We like to pick our hotels based on this and this hotel has a good variety and it’s always hot no matter how late we go to breakfast. The rooms are very clean and we’ve always had a breathtaking view of the IL river and the beautifully lit bridge. Highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a block of rooms earlier in September for our daughter's wedding. Seamless process and great room rates. The staff and management were very welcoming, helpful and attentive to anything we needed.

Rooms were very clean, & beds super comfortable.

Breakfast items were well prepared and plentiful.

The only thing we could have wished for would be

some complimentary cookies to go with our late night coffee.

Our guests were pleased with the value, amenities and location. Abundant retail and restaurants within 5-10 minutes.

This is our go hotel when we visit.

Very happy with my stay here. Upgraded facility. Super clean. They even had Dove soap products which I’ve never seen in a hotel before. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Located next to the bridge. It’s a beautiful site.
