Illini’s staff was prompt and so kind to my mother when she was transported to OSF Hospice Home. Even after bringing her there, they stopped in to say hello and check on her after dropping off other patients. Their last visit was like a family member stopping in. My mom loved Gary and thought he was the best! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

I had not heard of Illini ambulance service before. My Grandmother was admitted into a local hospital and needed to be transported to another facility for long-term care. Illini was referred to us by her hospital case worker as other ambulance services were not able to provide timely service. Illini was on time, their EMT’s were professional and displayed nothing but compassion and patience towards a very inpatient mobility impaired 85 year old german old lady (sorry guys haha). They safely got her to the new facility and got her tucked in for a very hopeful recovery. Thank Illini❤️
