I haven’t stayed at a domestic holiday inn in a while and I was blown away by the staff and the comfort level here. I had one of the best night’s sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time. The room temperature was easy to control and provided a level of comfort I've only associated with "expensive" hotels. The sundries store was well stocked and the staff was amazing. I have NO complaints about my stay except that I'm sad I forgot my swimsuit. I hear the salt water pool is amazing!

I highly recommend staying here when you're in town. You can hit Johnny's Italian Steakhouse at ground level through the lobby and even get breakfast in the morning there, too. Dinners and drinks, service and bar, are all excellent and...they have everything you could want at a breakfast buffet! The rooms are comfortable and every person on staff is pleasant and very helpful. Will definitely go there again, guaranteed.

This hotel was excellent. We came with a large group of friends (adults and children). We used the banquet room and catered from the steakhouse and it was great. The front lobby staff, especially Valarie, made our experience outstanding. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here next year.

We were in East Peoria for the IESA Cheer Competition, and this hotel was great for our stay. Our suite was the perfect size for us, and included a small kitchenette, table, living room, a primary bedroom, a bunk room, and a large bathroom. The room was extremely clean and immaculate and included Dove products for our use. The pool was well maintained and clean. We highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel has good facilities. Staff was excellent (especially Nick at Front Desk). Television never got consistent signal - as if you were watching Dish Network during a thunderstorm the entire time. Didn't realize that when you turned off lights via wall switch - you stopped all charging of cell phones, etc. Bathroom with sliding door / pocket-type door with absolutely no privacy is just dumb.

Hotel was beautiful. Rooms were quiet and had high quality amenities. Beds were subpar however. Few complaints: Hot tub was out and the Kids Suite "loveseat" that I thought was going to be a sectional (?)needs replaced. It only sleeps 5 not six!

The stay was perfect. Staff was welcoming and friendly. It’s so beautiful and clean inside lobby and room. Loved the view and the floor to ceiling windows. Junior Suite was so spacious, highly recommend.

This hotel was great except for a couple issues. I loved that there was a restaurant attached to the motel because pulling a moving trailer makes it tough to get around town.

The restaurant cons.. water pressure in shower unless you’re looking for a skin peel! Management should be trying out the showers just to see what they’re like!!

2nd and the worst.. COLD or at best lukewarm coffee. It was cool in both the lobby and what was served to us at breakfast. That is one of the easiest things in the world to fix. I told the front desk about it and went and tried about an hour later and that time it really was cold, not even lukewarm anymore. Not a thing had been done to fix it. The only decent coffee I had there was what I made myself in my room.
