Hotel was excellent! Room was clean and cozy. The staff was amazing! Albert made awesome omelets that were delicious and was super cool. Shannon walked around and tended to all of the breakfast area with a smile and kindness to all. There was another gentleman walking around picking up and cleaning things. I didn't catch his name though. Kudos to the hotel and staff for a great experience!

We had a great experience at the Riverfront Embassy Suites Peoria. The staff was helpful and so friendly!
The breakfast was outstanding; the buffet as well as the made-to-order counter. The gentlemen who made our omelettes were very skilled & entertaining! The table we sat at was immaculate, kept clean by vigilant staff. Barb, in particular seemed to always be nearby clearing & prepping tables. Noticing us struggling to finish our enormous omelettes, she showed up to our table with a smile & a to-go box. Barb & the entire staff made our stay so easy and enjoyable that we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else next time we’re in town.
5 stars for all!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great hotel for families and is in a safe area. The rooms exceed my expectations of cleanliness and were set up nicely. The only downside of the rooms were the thermostat was just a little difficult to figure out. The room was really hot when we first got there but cooled off quickly. We also really enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning in the beautiful lobby setting of the hotel. Barb was especially helpful and attentive with our kids during breakfast.

I had forgotten how much I loved this hotel chain! They have made to order breakfast food like omelettes, French toast, pancakes, and waffles! Everyone I worked with was nice and helpful! I was surprised how efficient the chef was at the omelettes and even when it got busy he was able to get everyone. The bed was incredibly comfortable and got a good nights rest. I don’t think you understand…. I never sleep well at hotels, and I fell asleep here IMMEDIATELY every night.

The cleaning staff clean daily which I feel like is more rare nowadays. I didn’t get to make it to the reception but I know from previous times that it is great too. Overall everything was absolutely wonderful! The room was a tad bit scuffed since I had an accessible room but the rest of the experience was so great that it didn’t bother me too much! Highly recommend if you’re going to Peoria to stay here!

This review is really for Barb and the entire morning breakfast crew.

Everyone was super nice, polite, and worked their butts off to accommodate everyone. They kept a high pace with the influx of people from time to time always delivering and having fun with it.

Much appreciated as I travel often and this is really what makes a good stay.

My only regret is that i didn't get all the other team members on the breakfast staff so I could mention them as well along with Barb.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds and attentive service. The front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a full made-to-order omelet bar. Barb was especially nice at breakfast, checking in and clearing plates quickly. My kids enjoyed the pool too. Proximity to the civic center was great as well - 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk. All around nice place to stay.

We had an amazing experience at the free breakfast at our hotel, thanks to Nate! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and hardworking. From keeping the dining area spotless to making sure everything was well-stocked, he went above and beyond to ensure a great start to our day. Been coming here with my kids 4 years in a row. Each and every time we come down to stay during comp season this hotel doesn’t disappoint. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Every morning we come down for breakfast ( kids love a good breakfast) . Food is always fresh delicious and cooked to perfection. Barb took such good care of us and was really patient with my kids. Had a friendly smile ear to ear coming around the corner asking if she can get us anything. She was very nice about the mess the kids made. We had a wonderful stay:)
