Omg this venue was amazing on its own! Both ladies were attentive, down to earth, understanding and generous! They truly showed they cared, added things they knew we wanted but couldn’t include due to our budget! Just such a blessing! Even when an issue arose on my day I never found out about it until the next day. It was completely taken care of! I would absolutely recommend them for future events. By far one of the best venues I’ve ever utilized! Not only is it visually stunning, before you even customize it to your event, they have the elegance and upscale features ALREADY INCLUDED in your rental. Walls are already draped, the bar is included, the space is so spacious and the customer service is top tier. I had everything I needed in place and accessible to me as promised and the owners made sure we were very well taken care of! Not to mention, they have decor on sight and even offer balloon services 🤯 I highly recommend this venue!!

Such a cool space! Did I mention there is an onsite ice machine available for customer use?! I’ve hosted beer events and trivia there. Any kind of event is possible at Venue Arcade, no matter how extravagant or more simplistic like mine! Ps: There is plenty of parking close to the vicinity!

Booking with Venue Arcade for my son and daughter’s college graduation party was the best decision I could have ever made. The Venue was spacious and very clean. Sunnie and Valarie’s customer service was so amazing, they were so accommodating and very professional. When I walked into the venue, I cried because I was overwhelmed with how beautiful the decor was. They had exceeded my expectation. Absolutely wonderful, modern, and clean venue. My wife and I had the pleasure of allowing Valerie to bring our Baby Shower Ideas to life. The Decorations and setup for our shower were very well done.
