Terry took her time with me, and found out what our family is really wanting for a vacation. I have booked with several travel agencies in the Peoria Pekin Bloomington area . I got to say this is the first time that I can say the person actually listen and understood that the food quality was highly on my list along with an excellent bed a little bit of concierge service. Not just a vacation and having issues on when I get there for food making sure my reservations put in by 3:00 she understood what I wanted and she got it done my family is highly thankful that our vacation will be nice and we won't have to worry about making reservations for dinner at night. Thank you again for paying attention to our needs and making an excellent trip. I'm sure we'll use her again

This place was recommended to me so I called. The lady who answered did not seem thrilled to talk to me about my trip. She said someone will call me back and days later and no one has called me back.
