The nursing staff were very kind and helpful while I was visiting with my loved one. My loved one looked very nice. Her skin was glowing and she was celebrating her 90th year birthday.

The staff took her birthday cards and balloons to her room for me. Thank you for your service.

I'm extremely disappointed and heartbroken by the care my grandfather received at this facility. The staff were inattentive, and my grandfather was often left unattended for long periods, even when he needed assistance with basic needs like eating, toileting, and moving.

There were numerous instances where calls for help went unanswered, and we had to bring attention to his needs repeatedly before they were addressed, I observed unsanitary conditions in his room, which only added to the stress and worry we felt.

Communication with management was difficult, and they seemed more interested in covering up issues than addressing them. It’s incredibly upsetting that a place that is supposed to provide care and support for vulnerable individuals failed to do so, and my grandfather suffered because of it. I would not recommend this rehab home to anyone, and we are doing everything we can to make sure no one else has to go through what we did.

I had a very frustrating experience with Zahav of Berwyn Nursing Home. The front reception is extremely unprofessional—either they don’t answer the phone at all or they hang up on you. It’s nearly impossible to get through to anyone when you need assistance. Additionally, it seems like the staff are running the show instead of management, which leads to a lack of organization and accountability. For a facility that should prioritize communication and care, this is incredibly disappointing. I hope they make improvements soon, as it’s not reflecting well on their reputation.

Not off to a good start after moving my step brother to your facility. He's only been there a few days and now you want to move him from a room by himself to a shared room? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Having a room to himself is the only reason I moved him there. Now Rebecca and the Administrator aren't answering my calls regarding this. Not happy! Please take pride in your business - that is how you will succeed!

Our Mom has been a residence of Zahav formerly; The Grove for nearly 5 years. She has surpassed Covid, & graduated from hospice. It’s so joyous to see her trying to feed herself and thrive under the conditions she’s in while maintaining a very pleasant attitude. The residents & staff are so attentive towards her & give me updates as I visit.
Thank you Matt, the New Executive Director for taking time to visit our Mom and very willing to address any concerns we might have.

I am very concerned with the treatment of DAVID SHUTE...he continues to complain that he is being moved next to people that are dying. They all seem to be very sick and dying of a major terminal illness. He is now complaining that he does not get any rehab and therefore not making any progress. The meals are very small and he has to buy food on his own in order not to go hungry.

If can give 0’stars I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one. The lack of proper care, hygiene, and staff attention made this experience frustrating and upsetting. I strongly urge others to thoroughly research their options and consider other facilities if possible.
