Come see the famous Yuba City chickens! This is their hang out spot. It’s unclear why there are so many feral chickens here. Some think they were escapees from the old stockyards but who knows. Enjoy them

I've lived in Yuba for two years, and the welcome sign to yuba City has not been up. It feels ghetto when entering the city.

Worst experience at a visitor centre so far. After parking in front of the centre and having to take up 4 regular stalls because they have no RV parking, their CEO rudely knocked on my door and immediately told me I can't park there and I need to go park at Walmart (which is across town). After explaining that I was here for information I was still told I need to go find somewhere else to park. I told the director Brianna I was not impressed with the rude welcome and she implied that I was probably only pretending to need the visit centre so I could use their parking spot!... This is because she had seen us parked in a neighbouring lot since early that morning (waiting for the centre to open). I guess it's hard to believe that people would actually want to use this visitor centre. Rude welcome, rude staff... Not a good impression for the town of Yuba.
