Doreen helped with so much and made the experience smooth for us all! The staff was amazing with keeping our tables cleared off, they were always walking around helping out. It’s nice when you don’t have to ask for help and it just offered from the beginning. We enjoyed ourselves and will most definitely recommend hillcrest to anyone!

LONG STORY SHORT RUDE OWNERS. Attended a birthday dinner here, several toddlers present. At the end of our meal we were approached by I’m assuming the owner, she was glaring at my 1 and 2 year old eating in travel highchairs we brought. I looked behind me and she said “You should have told me so I could put something down!!!”. I’m not kidding we are talking a few crumbs here. I said I am sorry we will pick it all up (which we ALWAYS do as parents of young kids). She scoffed and stormed away. I followed her and said “So are you going to grab something to put down? There are several toddlers here.” She still had an attitude “I GUESS”. I asked her if she had children and she said “Yeah mine weren’t like that”... I said OH I am sure they were perfect, maybe think twice before you talk to people like that. She was silent then. But hopefully she does think again because I am local and will absolutely never use her services and tell everyone I know in town not to. We had been there for 2 hours and you didn’t see the 4 toddlers….? Next time you have an 80 year old birthday party, expect the person to have some grandkids in the family lady …. and be kind. And if you are going to complain about something and make no efforts to fix the situation then keep your misery to yourself.

We are so very impressed by and grateful for Hillcrest Catering! We needed a caterer for our farm's special 77th anniversary party to thank all of our employees and their families. Hillcrest Catering provided great food, with excellent service, allowing us to really enjoy this special celebration. In addition to beautifully prepared food, they also went an extra step to meet our wish of having a "zero-waste" (no trash) event by providing high quality, re-usable plates, silverware, and glasses. They brought all the food and serving material right out to our farm barn, entirely self-contained, on-time, friendly, competent, and well done! We highly recommend this outstanding catering business for everyone throughout our community!

Pretty bad place, worst experience ever, I usually don’t ever write any reviews but this time I was kinda forced. If you guys can avoid them, definitely do so!!!
The owner of the building had a deadly weapon and threatened to use it on the guests especially the kids. All my guest were very upset, honestly there’s no word for defining the emberasament I felt.
Very rude management, no words to define their behavior. Avoid this place at all cost!!

Horrible experience.

Since we are allegedly being blamed of “pulling a knife”, is there any proof? We, the guests, did not even have access to any types of weapons including a knife. So if you guys can provide proof, it will be much appreciated. Camera footage maybe? And if someone did have a “knife”, why wasn’t there any arrests made? Or why didn’t the security guard confiscate the weapon or enforce an arrest? Please provide proof and check your facts again. Thanks.
