Once a year, my company organizes a Lake Day down at Eufaula, and for the past three years, we've had the pleasure of using Xtreme Cove Marina. Every experience with them has been outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to accommodate our needs. Their flexibility in handling our group and ensuring we have everything we need makes our event run smoothly each time. From the well-maintained boats to the excellent customer service, Xtreme Cove Marina never disappoints. Our company has used Xtreme Cove Marina boats for our Lake Day Event..not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES because their service, hospitality, and knowledge are just too good. They're staff treat us like we've been old boating buddies for years. As the person who helps organize this event, I seriously can't recommend them enough.

Harassment and discriminatory treatment displayed toward certain individuals for no apparent reasons and questionable accounting practices. Many of the charges you are required to pay for in the contract are not fulfilled and cannot be explained for adequately. Security- rarely has our gate worked properly, locked, ensuring the guest uses a key fob, which we had to purchase a second one for, access. Pest control- this year in particular i haven't noticed any evidence of spraying for spiders. There hasn't been the average sticky residue left behind and it seems like the spiders have been chased to the end where i am located. Again i haven't been left with any reasonable explaination. Normally I don't bring up such things unless backed into a corner on them. My wife feels I should express these things especially now since any infection from something as small as a spider bite or a fall on a busted wood panel could be life threatening being only 5 weeks out from double hip replacement surgery and having my heart stop again for the third time in the last three years since Covid icu saga for me began. Blood clots kill as many people as the original disease people have surgeries for however, most don't know this. And even worse some don't even believe you even have a disease such as Long Covid to begin with. I can supply whoever needs documentation at management/ownerships request. Many times i have asked Freeman if I could pull my cart to the shower around 3am. No one around. Broken femurs from necrosis. He didn't say much at first. I assumed ok. Then he said Ron didn't like it. I was in to much pain by now to do it ay other way. Then came the all out threats that Ron was gonna put a pole up which i didn't believe. To make a competent Hazzard to stop one handicapped person from having a shower ilike normal people. It is really strange to get out of shower and see a golf cart full of employees with their manager and about 4 more employees standing telling me in mob fashion not to park down by the shower while a cleaning person rounds the corner almost walking into the cart while someone orchestrated yells dont run her over. OMG I have no idea why or where this is coming from. It's weird and foreign to me.. I'm 56 this month and found myself in strange Long Covid land with discriminating paranoid employees of a marina who state their mean owner doesn't want handicapped people to park any closer to shower than anyone else ...I guess. This is my experience lately. I have never witnessed the owner in this manner and I reserve any opinion I have based purely on any interaction I have and witness them having with others. Until then I consider it gossip. So for the Marina Manager to lead his crew like this is very juvenile and very hurtful. I've only been handicapped a few years and hope to get better. Long Covid is very real and misunderstood. It kills in different ways. Currently we are trying to save my legs, left shoulder, and eye sight. My hip joints (Necrosis from steroids while on respirator 3 weeks during Covid 2020) may be out of the woods because both of them were just successfully replaced and I am just now able to make it to the showers parking the regular length away from them with the "normal" people. Legs and eyesight are contingent upon another fusion surgery that i have to have within the next 6 months. This time it's L4-L5 and the old fusion is L5-S1. I don't say these things out of pity. I decided to do this review because I want all people to recognize how little we communicate and really believe what others tell us any more even when all indications and almost all evidence proves their facts to be true. I hope one day people can get back to trusting in other people again.

Aug 19 asks for UPDATE
So I added photos- Battery beaten with hammer left laying next to it day after review written with a nice comment from mgmt that very morning. Coincidence? X-rays before/after covid of hips & pics of near death 3 weeks on respirator incase people still not convinced of disability.

The condo's are not described or furnished well, and not very clean! It's a Crapshoot as all it says is 2 bedroom,. Decorated very well, but not too accommodating! Dishes were dirty in dishwasher because detergent isn't supplied so prior people ran without. 1.5 rolls of cheap TP for family of 6.

Bison has a lake day and we have used them 3 years in a row and will be again shortly they are amazing see you soon

Actually went to the Tumbleweeds SteaK House! Oh my!! This place is AWESOME!!! Good food, good service, and if you need it they will come and pick you up in a golf cart!!! So cool!!!
