DONT EVER BOOK ONLINE. No trucks. Reserved a truck over the phone. The reservation agent said they had a truck. Quoted us for a truck. We drove from Columbus to get this truck.
We arrived. NO TRUCKS.

Enterprise pretty much forces you to use their online system, or their telephone agents. They DONT let you talk to the actual reps who are in the office.

It’s not the guy behind the counters fault that enterprise has horrible business practices and policies and lie to their customers.

Reserved a car online after trying three times over the phone. They wouldn't take my debit card to make a payment. Even though they had my valid Alabama license with my address. And they don't take cash. I had an important appointment in Dothan on Saturday which I now have to cancel. Don't use this company.

I was given the runaround by 4 different enterprises after I booked 2 weeks in advance. I just so happened to have called enterprise in Eufaula and Alex Carranza is God sent. He help me out in so many ways by helping from finding a vehicle to getting me the same rate as before. If you rent here please ask for him because he will help you out and will stay to help you figure things out. They were closing and I had been running around so I called and he stayed an hr over for me to get there. Alex Carranza, I thank you my guy, you are a true Blessing. I give you 10? for your effort and customer service. Wish you the best, keep up the outstanding work!

If I could give it negative stars i would!! WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER!!! My car was in an accident and rental car was covered by other party. Scheduled rental two weeks ahead of time, confirmed three days before. Arrived at time of opening they did not have any vehicles for me. WAITED FOUR HOURS. In the meantime four other people got rental cars ahead of me. Come to find out after a four hour wait they mistakenly used my insurance instead of the people who hit me. Three days after having a rental it broke down on me completely. Had to call a tow truck from enterprise and they tried to tell me I had to pay the $55 fee. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Told them I am headed out of town in a few hours and HAD TO HAVE A CAR IMMEDIATELY! They told me they had to rental cars and they could not guarantee they would have one until Monday morning. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!

I made reservations and got called just before arriving to tell me they had no cars. the man said he would call me back. For 3 days they had no cars after i reserved. Why are employees even there if they have no cars? This was really disappointing because i couldn't put my truck in the shop next door. This is the only rental car place close by.

No matter what you do and how many times you confirm you always have to wait for a car! 30 mins or 2 hours!! an appointment doen't mean anything at all.

I made a reservation for a truck. My car was being repaired, I needed to take my child to a drs appointment and since I was renting a truck, my husband took off work to use the bed of the truck to haul and things we needed. I live 45 minutes from this location. We arrived early for my scheduled pickup @ 8:30 am to be sure to give plenty of time. The clerk didn't arrive until 9. A truck was not available to rent, she didn't know what she would have available, I'd have to wait even longer for her to even look. I was the first of 4 people waiting to be taken care of. The entire experience was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend using this location. Upon reading others reviews and speaking to others, all of this is normal for this location. If you have other options for a rental, go there!
