I got married in October and booked WCL over the summer. I had recently been in a wedding that used them, and we really liked their driver, so I requested this driver for my own wedding. WCL approved the request, but when the bus arrived on my wedding day, it was not the driver I’d requested. I was given no notice of this change by WCL, and this driver was rude.

We had them booked from 3:30pm through the end of the reception. After dropping us off at the venue, they were to shuttle guests to/from hotels/venue. When the driver dropped us off at the venue around 3:30, she asked if she was done for the day. I looked at her like "wtf?" I told her we had her booked through 11:30pm, and she said she didn’t get a schedule. She showed me what she had on her phone, and it was the schedule, it was just in 24-hour time (as Windy City asked me to provide). I had my day-of coordinator discuss with her, but I was very concerned that my guests wouldn’t make it on time. We had about 75% of our guests staying at hotels from out of town.

The guests did get there, but the driver was rude, obviously had no idea what was going on, and tried to leave without us (the bride and groom) at the end of the night. Overall, wouldn't book with them again.

Our driver, Ray, was fantastic. Arrived early, very kind, helpful and professional! After arriving at the airport, I realized I had left my phone in the vehicle. I called the main number and they couldn’t have been more helpful! They contacted Ray who promptly returned to where he dropped us to get me my phone back. Thanks Windy City Limo team!

Took a sprinter to Pearl Jam concert at Wrigley. Van was awesome and everything we could ask for. Driver was Dustin. He was super fun, good personality, happy, and extremely professional. Got me out of a jam as I got lost after the show in a crowd of thousands and he came and found me. He probably didn’t like us so much lol, but we loved him. Awesome time and 5 stars for Windy City and Dustin.

It was easy to schedule an SUV to pick me and the groom up from our wedding at the Morton Arboretum. The SUV was nice and spacious. They were on time for pickup. I highly recommend them.
