McKlein Company is an amazing place. I bought my first bag from Costco some time ago. A red leather bag on wheels which even came with a little raincoat. I love this bag so much and get lots of compliments whenever I travel. The best thing is that it rolls right under any airline seat while still holding everything I need.
I was so sad when the little lock on the front lost a screw. The repair department didn't miss a beat. They knew exactly what I needed. Replacement screws are in the mail today.
Thank you so much for such wonderful service.
If you are considering a beautiful leather bag (just bought my husband one in black for Christmas) you won't go wrong with McKlein Company.

I have purchased McKlein briefcases for the last couple of decades. I have had 3 briefcases that last a long time and are easy to use and carry. Recently, the wheels of my case became so worn. I was able to purchase new wheels and work with the company to replace them on my beautiful bag. The customer service is excellent and I recommend you purchasing a bag! You will not be dissapointed.

The bag is nice but the zipper is low quality and it broke, it had a warranty and they failed to honor the warranty.

Love my red leather rolling laptop bag. A tiny screw in the latch on the pocket seemingly came out. I contacted McKlein and with the best customer service I have experienced in along time sent a replacement without ever mentioning cost.
