We were in town for an American Legion Conference. We were greeted by friendly staff. The lobby and our room were impeccably clean. We stayed three nights and encountered no negatives. The hotel is conveniently located near several great eating establishments. The hotel restaurant served excellent meals, and I took advantage of the coffee shop. We had a great stay and will be back next year! Travel safe...

The hotel is showing its age a bit, but it’s still a great place to stay. I appreciated the easy in-and-out access and the convenience of ample underground parking, especially helpful if you’re driving into DC. Just a heads up-there’s no valet service. The on-site restaurants are solid; I’ve enjoyed both breakfast and lunch there. The market is a handy spot for snacks and drinks, but be prepared to pay $6 for a medium black coffee.

A solid choice. The location is great—close to everything but still in a chill area. The rooms are spacious, beds are super comfy, and the whole place has a classy but relaxed vibe. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the lobby and bar area are perfect for hanging out. Definitely a great spot to stay in D.C. 🥰

Kinda small rooms. Could be a bit cleaner...dusting and vacuuming. Breakfast buffet...Breakfast in general...is just not reasonably priced IMO. The buffet eggs were watery and meat cold...$35...now, that includes drinks so.
However, staff are phenomenal! Every staff member i spoke to about anything were very kind and eager to help. Not being mean, Hilton executives, but your staff get five stars, your amenities, not so much.

Exceptional Venue for High-Level Events!

I had the honor of being a speaker at the Global Religious Freedom Summit at the Washington Hilton, which brought together 1,500 participants from 100 countries. The venue was simply outstanding—impeccable service, excellent facilities, and flawless event coordination.

As a speaker, I appreciated the professionalism, seamless logistics, and top-tier audiovisual support. The accommodations and hospitality were equally impressive.

Currently staying for a hotel conference. Was talked into a different room than what I booked. Noisy, not convenient when you don't have a lot of time to go off-site.

No mini fridge or microwave Many rooms are a good block away from the elevator, not ideal for my disabled boss.

Tv does not work and the shower curtain is filthy. I brought this to desk clerk's attention, still not resolved three days later.

Walls are very thin, I can hear my neighbor's tv and conversations. I can hear things being dropped on the floor above me and when everyone runs water or showers. Contant noise.

Not enough lighting to get dressed, especially when your window faces another building close enough you can see into their rooms, and they mine.

The two "restaurants" serve the same menu, and the food is overpriced, limited and okay. Most of the servers have been excellent.

The "cafe" has a lot of junk food, not any solidly healthy choices other than a fruit bowl for $10.00

Room has not been serviced, I have to come and go, and removed "do not disturb" yet came back to an unserviced room.

Positive: The lobby was very nice, and the location was ideal. Negative: The $25 fee per day per room to get $25 ?free food and beverages? was confusing and felt dishonest. Although the lobby was very nice and fitting for a four-star hotel, the hallways and rooms themselves were more like a 3-star.
