The worst group tour experience from the beginning from the end. We received a very rude harsh tour guide and missed multiple museum experiences and sites due to very poor planning.We were traveling with middle school children and he was completely unrelatable and did not speak clearly. He was not educated about the sites or if he was no one understood what he was saying. The things we did make it to we were late and many closed before we got to do many parts of the experience. We also had multiple bus changes and our personal belongings were moved to a different bus without our consent or knowledge until we got back to the bus . That happened multiple times. I would never use this company.
