I had a deeply disappointing experience with Ghion Travel Agency. My return ticket from Dubai was inexplicably canceled/voided by the agency, which left me stranded and forced to purchase a last-minute replacement at a much higher cost. Despite immediately reaching out to the agency, including multiple follow ups, the managing director promised to resolve the issue but never followed through. I provided clear evidence that the mistake was on their end, they offered partial reimbursement that didn’t come close to covering the additional expenses that I incurred.

After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I received no satisfactory response. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is alarming. I am escalating the matter to consumer protection services and take legal action.

I strongly advise against using Ghion Travel Agency for any travel needs. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness is unacceptable, and I would not trust them with any future bookings.
