Ordered Tobins sister company pizza Micheleo’s tonight and after waiting an hour we received the wrong pizza. I accepted the pizza due to time and hunger to feed the family. I paid $28 plus 5 for 2 ranch dressing items and a delivery fee bringing the order to over $38. I signed first and tipped the delivery driver $20. Then he reached in the bag and gave me a pizza that clearly was far less heavy than the thick crust pie I ordered. I called the store and the only way they would remake and send the remade correct orders if I paid the difference in price, returned the uneaten incorrect pizza so they could obviously throw it away. It’s store policy and my man Jim could not find an equitable solution to correct their mistake and the clear time inconvenience of a remade order. What restaurant screws their customer out of $ and dictates the terms of making it right with stupid unreasonable policies? Congratulations Tobins you lose a customer for life and your reputation is now that of a disreputable business. I gave you every opportunity to make this right and you failed. I say if you like the way you do business please go love yourself.

My family stopped by driving through the state. We had a fantastic experience with the front of house and they helped explain the menu to us. The food was ready to go pretty quick. We ate on the road and the pizza stayed hot and crispy the entire time. Family loved the thin crust and liked the pan. We will definitely make a stop back next time we are driving through.

We love Tobin's. They have a great variety of food and the quality is very good. We especially like the Micheleo's pizza, both thick and thin. The sauce they use is absolutely delicious! I also got the biggest salad here I've ever had at a restaurant. It was funny how big it was. It's literally big enough for 3 full meals. The kids ate some of the pepperoni before I could take a picture. I also took a picture of my salad when I was done eating and how it looked in the to-go box. It's good to know how big it is, though, since we might get one to share with a pizza sometime. This was also the first time we had the onion rings and they were fantastic!!

Another great fact about Tobin's is they are one of the few who deliver to where we live. Being just west of town, we are limited on delivery options, but the fact that they deliver and they're one of our favorite places to eat is a win-win!

The lady answering the phone younger girl rude and cold care less. Then 4 piece tenders almost $9 wait until you see the picture for real. Price and quality is ridiculous. My daughter moved out of state six years ago. I thought it would be nice to have Tobin’s pizza again that was a waste of $50 Way better when the Tobin owned it. Asked for half onion just threw all the onion in one spot. Last time I eat there and waste money. Disappointed to say the least.

A large deep pan pizza delivered with a $5 tip is almost $60. The person taking the order was not the brightest and the pizza arrived with the toppings on the wrong halves, undercooked in the center, and “light on sauce” must have been translated to “drown the pizza in sauce.” We are somewhat frequent customers but after tonight, I think we’ll find some!place else.

It’s rare the order is correct, whatever college or high school student is manning the phones isn’t smart enough to take the order, it’s expensive and usually they don’t seem to care that food is obviously undercooked.
We do everything we can to support local business but when the local business can’t get it right, we’ll take our money elsewhere.

I’ve been saying since I moved here I’d try it for dinner. I finally did and I will say I waited 2 years too long. It’s nice, I bet being served in-house would be greater and maybe once most of the COVID restrictions disappear I can enjoy a nice pizza pie from here seated. My family tried a large half pepperoni half cheese, thin crust. I appreciate how the sauce didn’t have a weird sweet after-taste like some others in town we have tried. The pizza was warm when delivered and the packaging looked neat. I also had a half order of the fried mushrooms which came with ranch. I really really applaud them for poking holes in the carton so the mushrooms weren’t soggy by the time the reached us. Next time I will try another side and come back to review.

Awesome ,friendly & great pizzas. We do the family pack, so we get a small pizza for $1 & bring it home. Worth stopping.
