My wife and I recently used the Jacobs Group to sell a condominium in Palatine IL. We were referred to Pam Jacobs by a current homeowner. After meeting Pam, we were impressed by her professionalism and knowledge of the Palatine area. After discussing our goals as sellers, Pam made several recommendations for improvements that she thought, as the realtor, would result in good traffic and interest, as well as a sense of urgency and ultimately a quick sale.

The first weekend more than 20 showings were scheduled, resulting in multiple offers. With Pam’s recommendations, one of the offers was accepted and negotiations regarding several items were settled with mutual (buyer & seller) satisfaction.
