One of my family members enrolled in a summer camp and opted for a monthly payment plan for the summer. Deciding to cancel the lessons
Starting Aug. Despite the cancellation (with proof therof) , and not being refunded any of the July lessons, the camp owners continued to deduct the monthly fees from their account until November, when the payments were finally stopped. Unfortunately, the owners have refused to refund two out of the three monthly fees (Aug-Sep). As a result, legal action has been initiated to address this matter. Charges, including legal fees, as well as this post will be dropped if and once they are refunded before Christmas this year.
