Had an appointment booked and paid for from a month ago. The appointment was made directly with an employee after doing our last escape room. Showed up 30 mins before and doors are locked with no signs posted saying anything like "be right back". Checked my previous emails but no other communication saying they wouldn't be open. Tried calling and emailing with no response. Disappointed with unprofessionalism, won't be coming back after I get my refund

Had a great time here! We just had 2 people and did the treasure room and the superhero room which were both fun. The treasure room was a bit easier. Kayla was our friendly and knowledgeable game master and made sure we had an amazing experience! Will definitely be back!

The staff is nice and helpful. Lindsey was super helpful! The puzzles were really fun but not too difficult. They do give you clues if you ask for them using a button. I think that’s great because you get to choose at what pace you want to solve the puzzles. Overall great experience and highly recommend!

Such a blast for all ages (we had as young as 5 in our group)! We were able to solve the treasure one in 40 minutes.. and the staff member Kayla was so fun and energetic! We even got a cool keepsake photo at the end. We will definitely be back!

We popped in randomly on a Saturday for our first-ever visit. Gabbie (sorry if misspelled) was awesome and got us setup with waivers quickly. We had a blast, and will definitely be coming back again.

We had an amazing time doing the Sherlock Holmes room! The service was great and the room was spacious enough for 6 adults and my 20 month old daughter. I Highly recommend it! And shout out to Liz and Liz for their great service!

Gabbie, Liz y’all were so refrigerating cool. Had such a blast. The whole team came in versus our other half and we kicked there toaster bums from San Francisco to London. Much love. Would recommend
