This condo is located in driving distance to all the local beaches. It was nice to move around in January without all the hustle and bustle of tourist. Condo was well equipped with all the amenities necessary. It even has a sauna which we didn't get time to use.

Wanda, the office manager was awesome. Answered all our questions and more. A dated resort but clean, comfortable and roomy. There are 4 floors in the 2 bedroom units so lots of steps. Includes car port. Close to many attractions and great restaurants.

Excellent stay in Unit 13 of Summer Place. The unit was very clean. We had a relaxing stay. It is renovated, and beautiful inside. I appreciated the dish washer, and the clothes washer and dryer that was accessed by the front porch. The bedroom has a huge bathroom area and plenty of room to hang clothes. I enjoyed both of the decks. The employees are very nice. The grounds are beautifully kept.

Really love coming here every year. It’s lovely to see familiar faces. The amenities around Summer Place are plentiful. You are a short walk from the beach and Main Street shopping.Summer place has a full kitchen and a lovely pool with a hot tub. The parking lot is in very poor condition and if there is a heavy rain it is flooded.

Wanda was very personable and friendly. There is a code to get into the unit. No fumbling for key or a card!||This is a small resort with 26 units. Bethany Beach is "The Quiet Beach" with plenty of restaurants and things to do. A short ride in either direction will give you a lot of variety. ||Within walking distance are a CVS, Dunkin Donuts, a liquor store and several great restaurants.||The resort was clean and the units have been renovated. There are some renovations still going on.||There are many steps, so be prepared. It helps when working off the great meals!||I recommend this resort and we will be going back!

We come here every February and always enjoy our stay. We have easy access to a variety of places to eat. We're within walking distance to the ocean, and it's a quick drive to Rehoboth and Ocean City,

The location of the resort is excellent. Centrally located to other beach towns and inland sights. All the units are multi-level so stairs for some may be an issue. The units are in the process of being upgraded / updated. Stayed before "season" started so it was quiet. Across the street from the beach.
