Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party. There was 10 of us. The place was so comfortable and clean! Absolutely enjoyed the walk to all of the restaurants. The pool was absolutely gorgeous right near the bay. Would definitely stay here again! The owners were so nice!!!

Just stayed here with 8 other girl friends for a bachelorette party. We had an amazing stay. The condo is larger than in looks. It was so convenient to all fun things to do, such as the tipsy tiki and secrets. Having parking was a plus as well. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We had such a wonderful experience in Ocean City at Vinh and Cathy's condo! The condo itself was beautiful, very spacious, and a 3-minute walk to the ocean. It was so nice to be walking distance to everything but still be a few blocks away on a quiet street. Vinh and Cathy answered any questions we had promptly and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend booking a rental through Down by the Bay!

We had an amazing experience during our time in OCMD in large part due to our accommodations at this rented townhouse! The owner was really responsive to any requests for information, and the townhouse was beautiful! We will definitely be looking to stay here once again in the near future!

Beautiful updated townhouse. Location is perfect, a short walk to the bay for fishing/crabbing or a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Setup was perfect for two families with children. Hosts were very responsive and informative. We’ll be returning in the future!

Not only was the house BEAUTIFUL but the neighbors were very nice and when i had an issue the owners were so fast to answer and help me out! We were located so close to everything! We only did a short weekend but we would love to book again and bring our families!!
