What a beautiful venue for a wedding or corporate event. Saz's has really created a wonderful place to celebrate an occasion. Food was very very good. Not sure of pricing, since i was a guest but staff was very attentive to the guests with offering of food, allergy restrictions, always around, cleaning up constantly, and just great management.

This has to be the best venue in Milwaukee. Its got that really hip modern-industrial vibe. Its in milwaukees most interesting neighborhood (Walkers Point).
My wedding was in June of 2018. Every single person at this wedding raved about the venue. I would really recommend this venue to couples that have no desire to have a church wedding. Lets face it lots of people want the ceremony and reception under one roof. It can be a hassle to have your guests wasting a few hours between venues. This is the place for that. Its all under one roof. The staff can change over all the table almost faster than a Nascar pit crew. Saz's catered this event and I would give up a months pay just to go back and eat more of that food. I cannot suggest this place enough.

Had our wedding reception at South Second the last weekend of April and we could not be more thrilled with how everything went! The venue is gorgeous and unique and easy to make your own. Very open to all vendors for flowers, desserts, etc. Food does have to be through Saz's but this was not a problem for us as the food was AWESOME. One month later and we are still getting compliments on our food! Linens, chairs, and tables are also all included which is super convenient and keeps costs at a minimum.
The staff was great, bartenders exceptional. Special shout out to Katie who was great especially through the end stages of the planning process. If it was possible, she was going to try to make it happen. We did a his and her's drink selection and I asked if a white sangria would be an option (expecting a no) and I got a very excited yes! All of our guests loved it, as did I! She also brought me a whole plate of appetizers while my day of coordinator brought me sangria as my dress was being bustled in the bridal suite hahaha 🙂 Wedding Pro Tip: surround yourself with wonderful ladies.

My son's wedding reception was held there on June 14th. The planning went very smoothly. The food was excellent (we received so many compliments from our guests), the service staff was awesome (very, very attentive), and the venue was magical. A perfect end to a perfect day.

Saz’s and Michelle were so great to work with! Michelle made our wedding magical and made it so enjoyable for us and all of our guests. The space is large and accommodating and the loft space is a nice get away if needed. The food was amazing as well and we got many compliments! Forever grateful for this team!

We could not be more pleased with our decision to go with South Second for our October wedding. From the minute we planned with the staff to the minute we left the venue, we felt supported and taken care of. Michelle and the entire team have been amazing— Quick to respond, patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the venue itself is such a perfect canvas for anything you have in mind! We flipped the top part of the venue for a game room and photobooth and our guests loved it. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking into having your special event here!

We had our wedding at South Second on June 22, 2019 and we could not be more pleased with our whole experience!

From the first time we met Michelle to inquire about the space, to the tasting event where we could bring both of our parents, to our final meeting, and finally the day of the wedding; everything went completely smoothly!

We got such a great value for our 200 guests- appetizers, dinner, late night food, and drinks quite reasonably. Many people came up to us saying how delicious the food was and how amazing the space was! It is so unique, you can dress the space up or keep it very simple- it looks beautiful either way!

It was great weather, and having the garage doors open really added to the vibe. Having a photo booth in the mezzanine was perfect and gave that space some purpose!

I am just so thrilled that we chose South Second as our reception venue. Working with Michelle was so easy! Would recommend over and over again!

My husband and I had our wedding at South Second on Saturday and I can't say enough about the service from start to finish! Michelle was excellent to work with. She was very friendly, accommodating, and prompt with responses, including days she may not have been in the office. We worked with Katie on the day of our wedding and she was just as wonderful! Very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. We had our ceremony and reception at South Second and opted to have the guests sit at their tables during the ceremony with a few rows of chairs that lined the aisle for the ceremony. All of the service staff was just as friendly as Katie and Michelle. There was one gesture that says a lot to me as a venue and how much they really do cater to their customer and make sure they are having an spectacular time. Right as we were seated for dinner, the chef brought out a gorgeous board that contained 2 servings of all our appetizers that were served during cocktail hour. Such a small gesture, but so meaningful. The bartenders were amazing the whole night. Making sure to serve guests as quickly as possible, including remember some guests drink choices, which again, is such a small thing, but goes a long way. We received so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how kind and accommodating the staff were. I would recommend South Second to anyone who asked! Thank you for all you did for us, we had a perfect day and your services were a big part of making that possible.
