I feel bad that it took so long to write a review on here due to personal family loss, But i have been so impressed by Andy when i finally had the free time had wanted to write down a review. Andy had gone literally ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, along with the rest of the team. When things were promised to be done for the house to be in order to be sold Andy did the hard work for us, and actually got to cleaning. When items in the contract weren't there he and the team had left gotten items for use to use in our kitchen . He even wrote a tender card and sent a picture of him and his new wife.

Since we finally got a functioning oven and fully moved into the house we're baking the brownies we had wanted to a while ago. We will never forget his kindness and warmth along with all the work he's done for us. He is as real and genuine as any real estate agent can get.

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with any real estate agency. Non-communicative, lazy as all get out. I should have ran the other way when the agent didn't show up to meet us at the house the date we had planned...And the following day, she said she would be there around 4, didn't show and didn't text until 7 pm asking if she could swing by. We live out of state and I asked them to let in the gas company so the heat could be turned back on. Did they? Nope. Did they communicate this with me? Nope. When I asked them to turn the heaters on so the pipes don't freeze during the winter, they told me they had...When I finally was able to get a different agency/agent, the agent noted the thermostats were turned off and the gas hadn't been turned on!! Thank heavens none of the pipes froze. When it came time to get rid of them, they wouldn't relinquish the keys! New agent almost dropped us because she was having so many issues with Smith Properties...Also, there was a roof leak which they didn't tell me about...And there was also major issues on types of offers we were willing to accept, the agent telling people that we weren't willing to owner carry when we had made it very clear we were willing to go owner financing, she then tole me she didn't feel comfortable doing an owner carry because she wouldn't get a commission, which is completely false. I explained to the owner of Smith Properties the issues I was having with the agent (Tonya) and he didn't seem to care one bit! Many unanswered texts, issues with drastic overpricing, NO marketing whatsoever, unless you count the sign outside the house and absolutely no customer service skills in the least. Stay far far FAR away.
