My husband and I had the best experience at this Verizon store, I had lost my phone and all content with no backup! Sarah was absolutely amazing! Not only does she have a great attitude and personality she managed to get me most of my stuff back by working her magic! She’s fantastic.
We will definitely return to this store anytime we have an issue and ask for Sarah:) this girl needs a raise!!

Everyone at the store was unbelievably helpful! They were patient, kind, and took care of all my needs. Becka and Carter went above and beyond to make sure I left taken care of. I love my new phone and watch, and it’s all thanks to them! All for an amazing price! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Also, Sarah helped set everyone up for success, even though she was sick. I hope she feels better way soon!

Thank you to the two wonderful ladies working at the Verizon store in Susanville today around 1pm.. One was the manger. I am sorry I didn’t get your names. I appreciate you being kind and compassionate with my son who is away at school and helping him. You saved me a two hour drive to come deal with his phone issues that the Reno Verizon store caused. The small town vibe was definitely felt and appreciated!

Overheard someone outside the store hooting and hollering about a terrible experience and how they didn't "disclose promotional costs on the first bill." This was 5/29/24. I will say this group of employees is absolutely astounding and have been more than helpful and transparent each time I've been in. This guy sounded like an entitled prick. I hope the company never loses their employees as they have significantly changed this store for the better. We always work with them and they work with us and go above and beyond.

I can in right at 12:00 when they open and Jessica was an amazing help I can’t thank her enough she was absolutely fantastic I recommend asking for her if you ever go in! She really saved the day for me!

I paid 100 dollars for 150 gigs of internet for my jetpack, and Verizon ripped me off for 25% of it. I want my money back. I didn't pay for 30 days of service, I paid 100 dollars hard earned money for 150 gigs. y'all think your slick.
