There's constant problems with their towers, at least, that's what they tell you when you call about their poor quality services.

They're basically just like all the other ISPs in town. Around 5 PM the bandwidth drops dramatically to low single digit Mbps. It's obviously a bandwidth sharing issue. There's really nothing about the service that's good. Everything you'll want to do on the internet is affected by it.

Web sites are slow to load, especially images.
YouTube videos are played at the lowest quality settings, if they play at all, with constant buffering.
Streaming TV programs and movies play at terrible quality with frequent buffering.

The only good thing that can be said about it is the cost, which is (at the time of this post) $30 for phone customers and $50 for others.

My phone has constant problems like a week ago I paid 45 dollars for new minutes and I didn't give me any and now I wasted 45 dollars for nothing DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE

I have never ever had such poor customer service!! I waited three hours to be helped after leaving the store and returning several times because the store representative claimed to be too busy when I was one of the only people in the store. Then had the representative help several people who came in after I did while I waited to be helped. Three hours I waited to be helped and all I needed was to return something because I was lied to by the representative about what the monthly cost would actually be. Never ever again will I use T-Mobile for any reason and never ever will recommend anyone else to use them.

Not the service to have if you live in or will be visiting rural areas in Nor Cal. There is no service, severely restricted in terms of phone and internet service. There are basically only two providers that dominate the area. One is US Cellular, the other is Sprint. Other carriers do have some spotty service, but good luck with that!
