Horrible management company! I recently left a property WHG manages after two years of employment. There are so many ways this company has failed both the structural integrity of the properties, as well as the employees. In my personal experience I had requested MULTIPLE times for my paycheck related deductions to be corrected as they were not taking out federal. I was then informed they were exempt based on the size of the company and denied each tax form I would submit. WHG uses the 2019 form for employees, but fail to utilize the worksheet required to ensure correct amounts are deducted, resulting in a rather large amount being bowed in taxes post filing.

As the only maintenance employee at my former location I witnessed endless corners being cut, countless quick fixes chosen over long term proper repairs, and constant requests for materials needed to ensure a safe organized environment denied for the sake of saving money vs investing in long term results. As a whole the expectations placed on employees are unreasonable as they deny access to the requests for on site support (something offered to ALL WHG properties) let alone acknowledged. I would NEVER recommend a management company like this to anyone interested in growing their investments and maintaining long term thriving businesses.
