My gosh - they were god sent! I was driving back from MD to NJ this Saturday after thanksgiving. Within a two minute period my gas tank emptied out and I was stranded. Only place open on Saturday morning. I had my car towed there. They made it a priority and fixed my car up. I am not sure how I would have gotten back home that day otherwise. Would have probably had to spend a night at the hotel.
I was treated so well. They bought me breakfast. Good people to talk to. A good, honest auto repair shop is like finding a unicorn. I wish they were close NYC where I live.

A real auto parts store. They don't sell you junks parts labeled as their own brand like the chain stores. On most parts I have bought there over the past 20 years they are less expensive than the chain stores.

Very few new faces working the counter the past 2 decades I been shopping there. You're not dealing with some half fast trained monkey like you find at a chain stores that replaced by another half fast trained monkey 30 to 90 days later like a chain store. You are dealing with experienced people at Senter's that have knowledge.

Senters and Auto Value are really one of the last stores where they actually know auto parts. They have everything you could ever need. Not like an Auto Z or similar where they ave no idea what the parts are even for.

Went there with my 83yo father who needed a new battery for his car fob.
He has arthritis in his hands and the employee very patiently removed the old battery and then put the new battery in for him, showing him how to do each step. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The oil cap in my car was gone and oil is everywhere underneath the hood and engine. I called around looking for an oil cap and I finally found one at Senters Auto Parts in Plaistow. I spoke with the owner and explained everything to him. He sent me 4 quarts of oil, oil filter, oil cap and thermostat with thermostat gasket for $48.00 and free delivery from Plaistow to my door in twenty minutes. I’m blown away by the level of customer service and prices they have.

If I won enough Lottery money, I might be able to buy them a LARGER building to contain the extremely LARGE number products they offer to not only professionals; but also the average person, like me. When you go there, plan on spending enough time to see ALL the items they stock for you!!!
