This company was very professional, well supplied and knowledgeable, they got me out of a jam in an emergency situation so I could get our customer’s equipment back up and running and made a special trip in on a Saturday to make the hose. Thank you Raul!

I am a retired L1 Master technician, I brought them a job that requires a high level of skill that most shops can't handle. My biggest concern was having it done right. The shop owner Raul was courteous and understanding. The technician Nelson battled with frozen hardware and every other nightmare that came with the job. Everything was done flawlessly according to factory specifications and he discussed all procedures involved. Bottom line is trust and they nailed it!

Trust to review status. This guy is a joke. !!!MONEY GRAB OPERATION!!! I took a refrigerated van To Raul. He said he could fix it. Turns out he just made it worse. He charged me $650 dollars and came out worse than it went in. Took it back a second time, he made our employee sit there for 2 hours. Told her to tell me I need to get more details on the unit so he can figure out how to fix it. The first time it went in he had all the details he needed. Told me he didn't find any issues, just needed gas. Then it needed a shredder valve? Then he was not sure how much gas it really needed. Then he had to order a scale. I then drove down to his shop because he would not return my calls or texts once I told him the refer unit was still not working. Upon arrival his staff told me he was not around. He claimed he would call me. He never did. Instead, he would send a text that would read " I will call soon". Never did. Did that twice before I told him enough is enough. Seems like once he knows your number, you're going to voicemail. The guy will ghost you. Do yourself a huge favor DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY FOR REFRIGERATION WORK OR ANY OTHER IN MY OPINION! Based on the other reviews Raul will just lie on the review response when you leave one. I truly feel bad for honest hard-working people going to this guy. Straight thief - Con - Hack - Criminal practice. Cost me $1300 to fix what he broke at another shop.

VERY BAD COMMUNICATION.
will leave you hanging in the dark. i left my girlfriends car for a repair that was previously broken when they were putting on new tires/brakes. was told to leave it. no communication so went back to get it and it was never worked on. was told by owner raul that he would replace the part that the shop broke. again no communication. then took the car to the dealership to fix what was broken by northern hydraulics. still no communication for reimbursement.. not sure how a company operates this way. whats worse i was a long time customer and friend. god bless.

Brought in a piston from my Chinese mini skid steer with a broken fitting well the fittings on my machine are not readily available so we knew we would have to change it and also the fitting on the hose. Raul had it done very quickly will definitely be back next time I need hydraulic work done.

Raul and his guys always do nice work. And are reasonably priced. They work on my telehandler. They've bailed me out in emergencies. His son used to move my machine and I'm hoping he gets back into it soon. He does aggravate me sometimes because he's too busy and can't answer his phone. Expect a couple extra days for non-emergency services because he's always trying to fit everyone in.

I have been using Raul for the last four years. His shop is located at 1 Hilldale Ave, Plaistow NH and was located down the street in Haverhill MA. Again, his name is Raul just incase he says “this is the wrong business I am posting about” just like some other reviews he has got.

During the four years I have been bringing him two trucks; a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 and a 2010 Chevy Silverado 3500 dump truck along with my trailer. The first few years have been great although last year was horrific. He would have me bring my stuff down and promise they would be fixed in a timely manner (within a week), but week after week there would be another excuse as to why my stuff wasn’t completed. He would then tell me everything was fixed after weeks of having my stuff and have me come pick them up but I would still have issues with everything and bring them back for him to play the same game with me. Turns out he never fixed anything with my truck and or trailer this year. My truck needed simple seasonal maintenance to begin my landscaping company and he failed to even give it an oil change or fix the loose steering wheel; thats not even the worst part of it. I needed my trailer axles fixed and maintenanced and I must have brought him my trailer three different times for him to jimmy rig it and weld the axles for a quick fix instead of actually replacing them like we were supposed to. After finally picking my trailer up, the tires were still slanted which indicates he didn’t fix what he said he did (which I have plenty of texts to prove it). I didn’t want to deal with his lack of service and unprofessionalism by not even answering his phone or text messages. I ended up bringing my trailer back where I bought it up at Rons Toy Shop in Manchester New Hampshire which I highly recommend. They took the trailer apart and was shocked to see that both axles needed to be replaced, brakes needed to be replaced, as well as all wheel bearings (after Raul supposedly fixed the trailer) Ended up costing me $2600 all said and done to have it fixed the right way and the funny thing is Raul never even sent me an invoice for this “work he completed”, which I think if you did all this work they would want to get paid. I would not recommend bringing your vehicles or equipment here unless you want to be treated as if you don’t matter as a customer.
