Cheap and affordable if you only need a place to sleep and shower. No hairdryers. TV was broken in several rooms. Staff was friendly and offered to find another room but we declined since we wouldn't be staying more than 1 night. Rumor from locals say it's a hotel for drug users. We chose it for the price. Book at your own risk. We didn't feel unsafe and the owner was very sweet. Just don't expect a nice place. It has potential and is in a good location. A lot of room damages due to bad clientele it seems.

Very friendly, can park both trucks with trailers, clean rooms, food, and stores near by. And best of all affordable price. If a smoker can smoke right out side your room.
Frig, microwave, soft bed, clean shower.

My review of this location is looking at this from a glass half full point of view. Effort was made to make rooms look good and welcoming. The rooms could use better lighting, hot water could be better for shower and the sink my room the water would get colder when you set faucet for higher temperature. Sink, tub and toilet MUCH BETTER than other hotel's I reviewed I hope Ownership keeps up with that. Front Desk Staff is AWESOME friendly, HELPFUL, and concerned.

Now the mattress is THE ABSOLUTE FREAKING BEST EVER. I have back issues and when I say I was revived and refreshed. Great JOB on the choice of mattress.

Location to food AWESOME, shopping AWESOME.

Just need to update the Light fixture, run down chairs (Office Chair horrible adjustments are broken on it), larger garbage cans. No Microwave in room.

Would I stay again YES but NOT at the price I paid this time unless all amenities are over the top improved.

I walked in and the room even smelled clean. New laminate floors, which I like. Furniture in good shape. Bed reasonably comfy, very clean, has fridge, no coffee or microwave. Front desk guy was nice.

Positive: Subtly elegant.Super fluffy bedspreads and pillows, and towels were nice. Nice indoor pool. Plenty nearby to walk to. Minutes from downtown. Negative: Very tiny property with no view, but very well maintained, manicured trees.

The rooms were very clean except for the floors. Not horrible but not clean like I like it to be. The staff are pleasant and outgoing. Good price for the holiday weekend.
