Comfortable beds, Breakfast offerings were very good. I do suggest that if a room has 2 beds that they include 2 chairs . Our room had just 1 chair, so the second person has to sit on the bed. The room had plenty of room for a second chair. Plentiful storage space, plenty of towels supplied. The room was spotless, bathroom modern, but a higher seat toilet would be a good idea. Very quiet hotel. One drawback is that when we arrived for check in we waited about 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk. This means that anyone could walk in the door when the desk is not manned.|For nearby restaurants, The Grotto had excellent pizza and Mama Maria"s was our top choice for a delicious meal.

Very clean public area and rooms. Very roomy. Plenty of parking . Looking forward to a great breakfast. Staff checked us in very efficiently and asked we needed any suggestion for dinner. Floors and rugs were very new and clean. A container of ice water was used by us. Wonderful touch.

Came for a business trip and had some issues printing documents we needed for a meeting. Amanda went above and beyond helping us get it done, and was so pleasant the entire time! Staff at this location is exceptional! The cookies in the lobby were also top notch. The pecan one - WHEW!!! Life changing. I’ll never be the same. Thanks for a great stay!

We recently spent one night here the day before moving into a new home. We had 2 rooms and were able to get them right across the hall from each other to keep family close together. Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed. The rooms were quiet and the AC worked well. The breakfast buffet the next morning was stocked well and kept neat and clean. Checkout was also fast and easy. Very nice experience and we would happily recommend this hotel when friends or family are in town. |* We did notice a sign that another hotel is slated to be built right next door, but construction had not yet started so we had no issue. However, you may want to ask when booking if the construction has started, and, if so, request a room on the right side of the hotel (away from the construction).

We travel with our dog Honey, a 25 lb Aussie doodle. We have had pretty bad experiences in the past with discount hotels. We've always been satisfied so now, that's our hotel of choice when we travel. The Hampton Inn in Milford was immaculate and had everything we needed. I love the soaps and shampoos are in dispensers so less waste. I would highly recommend this chain if you are traveling with a pet. Also liked the automatic check out.

My family stayed for a weekend in December and the staff, rooms and breakfast was amazing. We had a really rude encounter with the night desk person (Bruce) who was extremely aggressive when my wife came back at night after hanging out with family. He hounded her about if he had her key and “treat a hotel like your house. Would you leave your house without your key?”. My family was in our room and I had accidentally taken her door key, which was none of his business. He was pushy and aggressive for no reason and I highly doubt he would’ve treated her that way if she was a man. I came down to talk to him and he yelled at me too. I reached out to Amanda the front desk manager who never reached out. I called and emailed but she didn’t care that this guy felt comfortable being so rude to guests.

I came in after 10 p.m. I asked specifically if there were any tub rooms available for 2 nights. Room 305. No tub. Room 205. No tub. Shower chair? It is broken. It wasn't a good fix anyway without a handheld shower. I was never able to wash my hair for the duration of the stay. There was hair all over the bathroom, mainly the shower. I was never in there without a shower cap. The toilet needed to be cleaned before its first use. The one and three year olds also could not be easily bathed. The high chairs were filthy and crusty with food. I cleaned one with hot water from the coffee bar. Who decided unpeeled, hard-boiled eggs were a good idea? If you could actually get them peeled, good on you. With anaphylactic gluten and dairy allergies, the eggs (an prepackaged Udi bagels if they have them) are the only food options at breakfast. Luckily, they did have the bagels at this location. The fridge in the room was cold. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, clean, hot hot 🚿, great pool, a million pillows, amazing beds, awesome continental breakfast, pet friendly, complimentary bottled water, delicious coffee, can’t say enough. Love you Amore front desk clerk👍🥰. Actually stayed an extra night because we loved it!!!
