Cabins are cute but small. The firepits outside are nice and they provide ample wood. Not bad for a couple yet away.

The description says it can accommodate 4 adults but that's misleading. It can hold 2 comfortably. Also, they leave you a s'more pack in the room, then charge you for it without telling you they're going to charge you for it. Seemed rather disengenious

The location on the vineyard is nice.

Super cozy and cute villas! My wife and I were married at Flag Hill next door and were excited to finally come stay over and celebrate our anniversary. Quick walk (or drive) over to the winery for tastings, with other restaurants and activities in the area. The rooms were welcoming, clean and just pleasant to be in. We can’t wait to come back and will likely make it an annual stay for our anniversary. Thank you!

We stayed at the villas last weekend, this place is a hidden gem! The weather was beautiful, and the fresh spring air made for a refreshing couple of days. The units themselves are adorable, with a cozy and modern aesthetic and plenty of amenities. The bed was comfortable, as was the pull out couch, and there was a television and a mini fridge too. Taking a hot shower, sleeping in climate controlled comfort, and then waking up to the New Hampshire woods makes for a luxurious getaway. Our stay at the villas was a great experience!

You will absolutely fall in love with these quaint gems located conveniently on the Lee/Epping border. Some friends and I enjoyed a long weekend at the villas. The community vibe the villas gives is a unique experience and offers “out siders” a taste for life in NH. Enjoy a fire at night, I suggest stopping next door for some of their wine (La Crescent is a must) to enjoy with some late night snacks… I loved the relationship with the Flag Hill vineyard next door. Great place for a stay-cation, bridal party, or for those traveling to the area.

Was a recent Father's Day gift by my daughter In law and son. Situated directly next door to a vineyard it was beautiful. Though we didn't get to do it there were self guided tours (even at night as there were lights) of the winery one could take directly from our cottage as well as normal wine tours and tastings at the winery during business hours. Nice quiet area removed from the main road also provided fire pits between circle of cottages with firewood provided for evening/wintery campfires. Our cottage also allowed our small Papillion, for additional fee. Wifi, satellite I think, provided as well as guest roku tv. We definitely plan on returning again but for a longer stay. Oh did I mention they have an ice cream shop on premises that was open and served a wide variety of flavors and options. Though unused while we were there there also was a shared community room. This was where toaster was located. Rooms has small apartment size refrigerator and drip 4cup coffee pot, non refrigerate creamers and sugar packets provided .

This place is wicked nice if you are looking to stay for a few days and relax or even if you are traveling this makes a great stop the host was very inviting and we even were gifted some firewood if we wished to have a fire aswell!
The room was very homey and welcoming bed was very comfortable

I stayed at these villas the past couple nights. They are very clean and well designed. The area itself is very quiet but is close to Exeter and Portsmouth. There is also an ice cream shop on the property(open til 8 pm), with really good ice cream.

I would definitely recommend staying here.
