My husband I, needed a quick night in the local area to stay last second at a late time after office hours where closed; my husband booked online for one night and we where able to go in grab key from key box- and get into our room. 1st rm had just a shower comfy 4 post bed nice tv, coffee clean SHEETS & towels! Now the pond side is a well water epping NH and surrounding Towns only have well water fyi- So yes there is a scent this is completely normal it’s clean water! We 45 mins passt check out! Now Kayla the house cleaner is there for 10 to clean- (someone booked the rm we were in) no big deal- we booked again n moved rooms within seconds with no extra fees ! Room 5 we had ! This had a tub nice tv clean and clean sheets towels! The doors lock! The cameras r in hallway for security reasons this is NORMAL quite time is 9-9 which is nice ! Free WiFi, one bed and plenty of towels for multiple nights, Kayla is kind and so is Donna. Understand that bc the motel is older and the prices are reasonable cheaper - u still are getting great service! I read a horrible review & was horrified bc it’s not TRUE! I hate smell of smoke ! They seem to be renovating, and I seen no mold ! Clean sheets ! Nice people to speak with books u can purchase, children’s toys available any other hotels don’t provide this - remember that you are responsible for your own self no guests which is nice because of the way people abuse places for malicious purposes u feel safer with the rules and cameras no loud noises comfy beds , and a little musty smell in the first room I’d prefer over the cig smoke I’ve smelt at other hotels that allow some rooms to have it it travels it’s disgusting! I’m preg and smell everything. I am six months along And the last thing I need Is Mold being inhaled into my lungs and if I didn’t feel safe, I would never have booked a second night I’m looking into some units have full kitchens ! Some cabins are separate from the hotel. They are all new just look at the site the actual site. Rules are justifiably nice You feel safe and just because there’s not a security guard there it’s not necessary And because of the review, I read in regards to them Watching the cameras, isn’t that the cameras are for? I’d like to stay safe in my room thank you and they even say to lock your doors. If you’re not there turn off the lights which you should be doing anyway anybody ever paid an electric bill? I would say, depending on your stay The sheets would most likely get changed if need be I’m sure would probably do the trick! But she don’t need to be changed and towels don’t need to be washed daily ! You have plenty of towels! So please excuse the Ness of the I read unbelievable I was not discriminated against at all And discussed with the owner Donna About weekly state rates Know what you would pay A deposit And they do work with you no other hotel or motel whatever do! The rules are justified & Therefore, everyone safety and protection ! No one went into my room! I’m a paranoid person naturally However I felt safe here. And would go back and highly recommend . It’s difficult nowadays, To find a recently priced hotel Without fees after fees after fees! You don’t get fees here unless you rules which would be smoking pets or that shouldn’t be there for the reason To protect everyone. There are many rooms available And if you simply have a conversation with somebody You get a lot further than right in the nasty review FYI, have a great day and thank you for letting me stay there And quickly booking us And not billing us extra for staying later than we should’ve in the first night in the first room Because I’m in my second trimester and I am exhausted! It was cozy, comfy in the Towels were clean fresh no stains on anything And I got a nice clean shower! Towels Coffee, tea that really helped me a lot! Put me to sleep thank you very very much! Some rooms have cable and extended cable! Wi-Fi is good and works You don’t have to deal with any nonsense. Nobody’s blasting music that is not true.! I did not see there, causing any issues, I never seen anybody get kicked out I didn’t even see anybody smoking outside and did not smell anything inside of any smoke! People Understand that negative reviews aren’t always as they seem And by the way, well water has a lot of iron in it There’s nothing you can do about that, The city does a lot of damage to your hair Because it is hard water and it has a smell of chlorine I don’t want to bathe in a pool nor lake, and the towels in my clothing would be stained if there wasn’t some type of filtration system Bedrock Which is a natural water source the well lays upon the hotel uses most likely I’ve seen way worse Where Toilet and my shower in my home were completely iron stained orange! Rusty and you can’t scrub that off No matter how much you use. I did not see that there I do not know these people personally whom own however They would not have this business if they were really that rude as the review stated. Some people will just never be happy and that is life. You don’t need to hurt small businesses. You’re not gonna get a discount for that, Do you sleep at night? It’s not right . They will be there very soon! And they will take pictures thank you very much and I do another review because guess what? I know for a fact that you get more than what you pay for here You can’t pay for kindness Generosity and respect. Thank you

I spent 2 weeks in this dump waiting for an apartment to become available. I paid a $100 deposit because I was booking for a week and I never received the deposit back and I definitely left that s-hole clean.

The place is tiny. It was freezing and you can't adjust the temperature. It was an overall nightmare and not even cheap at $100 a night! What a rip off. An awful overall experience. I had someone next to me that banged on the walls at night. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

How would I describe this hotel? An s-hole unless you're a meth addict. Then it's great. Bring your own meth.

Eaten alive and ended up sleeping on floor .Owner accepts no responsibility and tried to blame me for problem. The place is filthy and no one should ever waste their time or hard earned money keeping this place in business. And where the bugs end in unit 9 the ants begin. Suppose I'm responsible for that too. Hands down the absolute nastiest place I have ever stayed in and I’m not just talking about the room itself, the owners have just as bad as of a nasty self entitled attitude as this place is absolutely purely disgusting. I would give negative stars if possible! That’s how horrendously horrifying this place is!!!|||| Where to start? First off these rooms are not worth the ridiculous price being charged. Nothing looks like it has been updated since the 70’s, black mold everywhere, the water smells like a mix between rotting eggs, stale sewage and rotting trash. The driveway is an absolute horror show.|||| The owners discriminate, harass people and kick people out “just because”, or if she doesn’t like “your tone”. The owners make up their own rules and laws of which go against the state laws. They watch you constantly on the cameras and when you are gone they will just walk into your room whenever they want, go through your stuff and take pictures of your personal items.|||| They claim they’re a motel, yet they offer ZERO housekeeping services, so you’ll be staying on the same bedding and using the same towels that everyone else prior has used! I found empty cough syrup bottles jammed between the boxspring and mattress that had expired years ago! I also found black mold under the mini fridge! The person they have “clean” the rooms between visitors does the absolute bare minimum, she’s too busy on her phone and smoking.|||| Parking lot and hallway constantly reeks of marijuana. People blaring their car radios, hollering, screaming and being loud as can be at all hours and the owners just do not care, since those people are paying cash and a higher price! The “house rules” are an absolute joke and are based on how much and how you’re paying, pure discrimination! Oh and if you have kids or a service animal, don’t bother because you won’t be allowed to stay there, since the owners despise children and animals!|||| Skip this place and go up the road for a way better room at a way cheaper price! This entire place should be condemned and torn down! Oh and the “office” is NEVER open!|||| Instead of following and fixing code enforcements numerous violations, the owners sued the town instead, so they didn't have to put money into the place.

I'm writing this from Room 2, where I just paid $140.00 (April 29, 2022) for one bed. If I had driven 16 minutes further, there was a Holiday Inn Express at the same price.||||If the owners want to know what's wrong with their motel, here's a list:||||I can hear *everything* that the couple in the adjacent room is saying. There is zero effort toward sound insulation. ||||Everything smells STRONGLY of rodent pee. ||||The cheap vinyl flooring in both the bed area and bathroom are peeling.||||The bathroom floor is sticky.||||Every nail in the bathroom's molding is rusted. (Try stainless nails!)||||The thermostat is limited so that the temperature cannot be set above 70 degrees - and it was a very cold, windy day here today - low to mid 40s with very gusty winds. I would have liked to set it to 75 to get warmed up. And here at 9 PM, I'm cold in this room. This is New Hampshire in April for crying out loud!||||The dirt parking lot has so many BIG pot holes that it looks like it has been carpet bombed. I'm talking about holes that are close to a foot deep! ||||The lamp on one bedside table doesn't work.||||The only lock on the door is in the doorknob. The latch is disabled. There is no deadbolt. This is not safe.||||Upon arrival (about 6:00 PM), I found that the office is closed. There is a number to call to get the code to open the lock box for your room. I wonder how often they change the lock box code - meaning, I wonder how many people already know how to get a key for these rooms? This is where a deadbolt would come in handy.||||The tub is very worn. The paint on it is peeling - yes, they actually *painted* the tub and there is actual painted WOOD molding inside the tub. Who does that?||||The paint on the ceiling of the bathroom is peeling.||||The heating element in the bathroom is rusty.||||Everything about this place says that it's just not cared for. ||||The owners should be embarrassed to offer this property to the public. I'm embarrassed to have to stay here tonight in my cold, run down room. ||||I will NOT be back.

I echo previous one star reviews. Wouldn’t even give it one star except not sure zero registers. I paid 168 pretax for a room that was worth 30. Bad water, rusty bathtub, bathroom door with holes and only hook and eye to keep close (wouldn’t shut) face towel size shower towels. I like to patronize smaller establishments but this was a huge mistake.

This place is in need of major repairs and updates . If they dont do them they will go out of business . I had requested a room that was on there website that had a four post bed and a decent looking carpet for $79 . When I got there they had changed the room to a dingy room that had old worn out laniolum on the floor and the furniture was a bunch of press board made furniture. The owners weren't even on site they were in Florida. you have to make a call to get a code to get your key out of a lock box . ||Nobody but me was there and I had asked for a late check out since I had a soccer game I was attending for my son . Instead of 10 they said they could do 11 because they had to clean the room . I didnt see any big rush of people to go to the hotel whether it was 11 or 2 all the cleaning lady had to do was clean one room . They still had 10 other rooms they could rent out . ||The driveway is full of pot holes so if you are going there beware you may need a new alignment after driving through the entrance . . ||For the condition of the place it seemed clean and safe . Which was good since I have stayed at places that have bullet proof glass at the front office and the police said dont go out after 6 since the bullets fly then . ||Overall it was a safe bed for one night . I do think the price should be lower for the room condition .

this establishment is poorly ran. water smells absolutely horrid, no house keeping what so ever, one woman is running all rooms, fire alarm went off every 5 minuets a few days out of the little time i was there, gagged every time i tried taking a shower and probably took 2 showers within the last 3 weeks i was temporarily staying there until our move in date. if i could rate this place 0 stars i would. i know money can be hard but please try and get into somewhere else. you pay for a room with no housekeeping, no way of cooking other then a microwave, also toilet was plugged for a few days. never again will i waste my money on staying here. ID RATHER LIVE IN MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! absolutely disgusting
