We only stayed for a night BUT I must admit that this hotel is one of the nicest hotels of this brand that I’ve been to. Pristine lobby (smelled great!) and dining area, clean bathrooms, and very clean room! Room is very spacious - we stayed at a 1BR 1BA with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, dining table, and well equipped kitchen. The reservation came with FREE continental breakfast that had plenary of options and well tended by the kitchen staff. They have both indoor and outdoor seating (by the pool-which was also amazing!) for dining. We sat outdoors as we were with our furry babies; and we loved it! It was quiet and peaceful which a great way to start the day. This hotel also has an Amazing and very welcoming staff! They addressed us by our names and were very cordial. I have to highlight 2 of their staff members, Kevin and Elaine, who went above and beyond with their service. Excellent! My apologies for being so positive here but it was such a great experience that we hope to return soon!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Residence Inn San Luis Obispo. The property is brand new and beautifully designed—from the décor and finishes in the common areas to the thoughtful details in the guest rooms. The hotel offers wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces, all set against a stunning backdrop.||It was no more than a 15-minute drive from everything I wanted to see in the area, while also being within walking distance of plenty to do. The shops at SLO Ranch and the shopping center across the street made it incredibly convenient.

Nice brand new hotel. Has free breakfast. Swimming pool is heated to 82 degrees. Was surprised there was no jacuzzi. Kitchen has basic kitchen essentials.

Beautiful brand new hotel right next to SLO Ranch & Market with lots of restaurants and entertainment!! Lobby bar was awesome, went straight out to the pool, rooms were spacious, lobby was beautiful and staff was super friendly!! Can't wait to come back for more winery visits and vacation time!!
