Positive: The staff are super friendly and polite, gives me upgrades without me asking, newly paved parking lot, beautiful view from the patio, quiet, easy on/off ramp 100 ft away to the 101 south. Negative: They always only put one washcloth and towel. Some fixtures don't work, but for the price, that's ok. They will give you more if you ask.

Positive: It was economical Negative: Terrible cleanliness, there were dead roaches in mini fridge, one on the bed, and along wall. Roaches running around here and there as well. Hair in the shower drain when I arrived. Floors were very dirty. Hair on bed after housekeeping.

Positive: Nothing room was dirty and staff lacked to help. Room didn't even have a shower curtain we never got one. Negative: Everything the entire sidewalk to the room smelled like urine

Depending on where you review. This is not a 2.7 out of 5 or 5.6 out of 10. Check your expectations based on the price. I paid $51 after tax landing late in SLO. This is a 3.5 out of 5 or 7 out of 10 hotel. Little aged outside; but clean, neat, safe area, right off the 101. Would definitely recommend and repeat. It's not a Hilton or Marriott, but a nice, clean, safe hotel in Central Cal. For a short one to three day stay great ecomonical choice.

This place should be shut down. When you check in the office smells like urine. I asked the manager if I can have two extra bath towels and one sheet because me and my daughter were there for a wedding. He wanted to charge me $40 extra for the items I requested so I just went to the dollar store. When I open the door to the room there was trash at the door and throughout the room it looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in about two weeks not to mention the mold that is on the baseboards in the shower. The ironing board was disgusting we couldn’t use it not to mention there’s not an iron in the room. The ring around the shower was even worse. And to top it off we had to call the office manager to come push the door open because we were unable to open the door from the inside. I paid to stay Friday Saturday and Sunday and unfortunately I checked out Saturday morning and didn’t even care about the lost money. That’s how terrible this place is. The only thing I could say good about this place is it has hot water. We literally had to use the bath towels to stand in the shower.
