The Plains Tour was a wonderful experience! It was easy to setup and to be picked-up. Our tour guide (the owner) was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The tour was thorough and detailed. We loved the site and the information that was shared. And, there was free ice cream! Highly recommend this tour.

Stacy provided a wonderful opportunity for my wife & I & our granddaughter to learn so much about Plains. We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion which lasted a little over 2 hrs. We loved having the chance to get off the can at various locations such as the Visitors Center & the Boyhood Home of former President, JC. Highly recommend taking a Plains Tour with Stacy. She is extremely knowledgeable & doesn’t mind answering questions. She even allowed my granddaughter to sing a couple songs at the Plains High School stop where the acoustics were phenomenal. Ty Stacy for making our Plains visit quite memorable!

If you take the S.A.M shoreline train, this tour is a MUST. It was outstanding and informative. The tour guide was great, the ride was pleasant, and she is also a great photographer. Highly recommended! Thanks for a great tour Plains!

I have gone on 3 thrifting tours with Plains Tours and they were amazing! It was wonderful just to sit back and not have to worry about driving or where to go. If you love thrifting or have never been it’s a great experience and you need to give it a try!

Highly recommend taking a tour of Plains, GA with Plains Tours! The tour was very informative and interesting with facts and personal stories from Stacy! I had visited Plains several times, but learned so much more information on this tour! Stacy is a great host and has a very comfortable tour van. You will not be disappointed in taking the 2 hour nor the 45 min tour as both are educational and exciting!!

Highly recommend taking a tour of Plains, GA!! My friends and I had the best time on a 2hr tour led by Stacy with Plains Tours!

The Plains Tour van was spacious, clean and comfy - also comes with a nice speaker system so you can hear everything that’s being said about the history of Plains. Stacy did a fantastic job leading this tour and provided a lot of neat facts and local stories of places you visit and see along the ride. Already looking forward to going on another one next time I visit the cute little town of Plains!

The Plains Tour Company, is a lovely addition to Plains. I have been on the 45 minute tour and the two hour tour. I highly recommend both,depending on your available time. The Tour guide was very informative and fun natured. The 14 passenger van was exceptionally nice. I highly recommend The Plains Tour Company.

Stacy really enhanced our visit to Plains by taking us by the high school when Roslyn and Jimmy Carter went to school, the churches they each attended during their lives. We also visited several of the Habitat for Humanity homes that this special couple helped with!

If you can, read A Hour before Daylight by Jimmy Carter to understand his life growing up outside of Plains. The community cemetery was also a highlight!
