I was very disappointed with our trip this year to Montgomery compared to using Landmark prior to 2020. I had so much trouble getting the person in charge of the trip to contact me. Emails went unanswered. Messages were also frequently not responded to. When the final itenary arrived, the Museum of Archives had been left off and was replaced with some "art" activity that the tour guide wasn't even sure how to get there. That was the first activity. When I questioned the activity before the trip, I was told we were specially chosen. The people at the museum had no idea what I was talking about. I question the art activity before the trip and was not given the choice to change it. The rest of the day went well. But I paid for a service and felt like it was a lot of work on my end (more than usual). I would have explained all of this to them, but they didn't follow up to see how our trip went. I figured it would be more work on my end trying to get someone in the Montgomery office to actually answer the phone. Mrs. Sarah in Birmingham is always as helpful as she can be. However, the trip planning occured out of the Montgomery office. I will have to make other plans in the future.
