We had an amazing time! Captain Marc and Guide Sara did a marvellous job!
We booked a Semi-Private tour. We had lots of time with the Manatees (we met three - as the time for manatees in this area just starts). We were very close as we stayed calm and just floated next to them. Sometimes, the manatee swam directly beneath us (just a couple of cm between us and the animals). Later on, we even had enough time to go to Three Sisters Springs and enjoyed snorkelling in the clear water of the springs. Thank you for making our last day of our vacation a very special one!

Great staff made for a great adventure. Very politely guided to enjoy swimming with the manatees. Certified boat drivers and swim leads in the water helped to ensure we felt safe through the entire experience. The staff even indulged us in taking a little drive to show us around the springs. Will definitely be joining them again! And highly highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Bri and Morgan were Absolutely amazing, dealing with us. We had a group of 3 with another group of 2 that were us. They made sure we were very well taken care of. The manatees were lovely and plentiful. We had hot chocolate and coffee on the boat. We did the 645 tour. Beautiful sunrise!

We had a fantastic experience with Bri and Mike. Both were super friendly and accomodating.
Bri did a great job guiding our group underwater pointing out the animals and allowing us plenty of time to observe them.
The shop has lots of little bits and pieces as memorabilia. The mask anti-fog they sell at the shop worked phenomenally by the way!
Water was pretty warm, the wetsuits offered were 3 and 5mm, plenty of warmth. Mask and snorkel were provided also, but you can bring your own.
Not allowed to wear fins/flippers, to avoid scaring the animals or making them swim away.
The boat didn’t have a bathroom, so definitely need to go before you depart. The whole tour is about 3hrs, with ~2.5 hrs on/in the water. The boat takes you to the spot where they have seen the most amount of manatees on the day.
Plenty of parking also across the road at the hotel. (There are designated customer car parks there, super convenient)

Water not Crystal clear since the last hurricane. The guide/captain really made the trip enjoyable. Advise taking a windbreaker jacket.

Jake & Steve were our guide and captain today & wow! Love these guys! They made our manatee trip amazing Jake was in the water and even got my grandson who was scared to feel comfortable enough to get in. He was great with the whole family. But exceptional with the children in making them feel safe. Steve was on the boat and filling the kids up with hot chocolate & us adults with coffee couldn’t recommend paddletail enough. What a treasured memory they helped create for our family.

This outfit is top notch from the moment you walk in the door and meet the staff to the end of the trip. The wetsuits and equipment are high quality, the staff knows proper sizing, the captain was very knowledgeable, the guides were extremely experienced and informative and made sure we had an amazing experience. They insured a safe boat ride to the snorkeling areas as well as a safe in the water experience for all experience levels. They even had snacks, coffee and hot chocolate on board. We went on two different trips and both days were unforgettable experiences. They took great photos and videos of us with the many manatees that we interacted with and even though I had my own camera, it was still worth buying their photo and videos to add to mine. I would use them again without thinking twice. Thank you Glenn, Sara, and Jake for a great trip! We will be back next year!

We had an amazing trip with Captain Mike and Jake. Lots of manatee time, great support to ensure we made the most of our trip and the recent hurricane did not impact our experience.
Also October was perfect time to do this, not lots of manatees but enough, but also no other tour groups out and only 4 of us on our boat. A perfect experience
