Dave is a sweetheart and his staff is sure to take care of you and your family and all your needs. Taste the amazing food at the saloon and make sure you take a moment to try their drinks as well. This is definitely a great place to stay and eat 👌

So i stumbled upon this place by pure luck. We're doing the worlds loneliest highway, and stopping at the individual towns and getting our highway pass stamped. The Overland Bar was one of the stops. We saw the restaurant and decided to try it.....after traveling 48 states in 4 years multiple trips, i have found the best steak in the country!!!!!! The food was beyond incredible. All home cooked, the soup, salad, potatoes, all of it absolutely incredible. This is after eating high end restaurants in Vegas days before. The best steak in NV is in Fallon at Overland. Make sure Lincoln is cooking. His skills with a proper cooked steak is phenomenal. The wait staff was super friendly as well. The building is like stepping back in history. Cannot wait to stop again one day.

Home cooked meals in a restaurant! The owner makes the butter from scratch and bread. The steaks were amazing (large cut) Everything was delicious! This place is a rare find. We were recommended by Frey Ranch Distillery; this place is a local secret! You will not be disappointed! The rustic and antique atmosphere is beautiful. This place is under new ownership and the owner has previous restaurant experience that shows in all she does. You must check this place out! You will not be disappointed.

Heard they reopen few days a week. Worth checking the restaurant out. A most home welcoming atmosphere, where staff assist making a calm setting. The menu is short, with a great variety to select from. Homemade soups, followed by salad and main meal. No rushing to eat, but enjoy. Have been back few times.

Wife and I took a neighbor to Overland Hotel Restaurant for dinner. It's great to see a place to escape in Fallon, with great food (small menu) having home fixings, homemade soups, and compassionate service. Very welcoming, and calm setting. Took another group of friends next night so good.

We stayed here for the novelty of it. The bar was cool the building is awesome to see. The rooms were very original. We stayed in one of the only rooms with a full bathroom. The room and bedding smelt like smoke very strong. The bed was not very comfortable, but most hotels beds suck. If you can handle that, then the history and novelty is worth it. I think this building is the only on the street that is still used. It's a ghost town around there. The restaurant was closed down indefinitely when we were there, not sure if it is functioning now.

What go great meal, perfectly cooked prime rib and the portion size was gigantic! The service was awesome, it felt like being at grandma's and very welcoming! Highly recommend eating here!
