DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
I bought luggage for my daughter and her husband on 12/1/17 for Christmas and decided to give it to them early because they were taking a honeymoon trip to the Grand Canyon 12/15. They said although they liked the luggage, the had not registered for luggage for their wedding because they had received backpacks that they would use for travel instead.

I pulled out my receipt to return them to the store and at the bottom noticed it said, "NO REFUNDS". I called the store and Jon informed me that they do not do refunds. That should be posted in the store which it was not and the salesman should have said that before I made the purchase!!!! I have never heard of a retail store not giving a refund!

Buy your luggage somewhere else!!!!!

Worst customer service ever! We bought 3 bag travelling set from this store and they told me there is 10 years warranty on the set. We traveled one time and two of the luggage had broken handels and wheels. We took it back to the store after three months from purchase date and they said call the manufacturer, we called the manufacturer and they said take it to the store where we purchased it from. We again went to the store and the guy said there is nothing he can do about it. I should have called the Better business bureau on these croocks. Don't waste your money here.

I asked numerous times if my husband wasn't happy with my purchase would I be able to return my items..."yes" was the response. One of the duffle bags I had bought had a hole in it. So i returned two days later with tags still on the bags and they decide to say "no" returns only exchange. Very unprofessional to lie to customers i wouldnt even rate them 1 star

best agency will book with again . i went on a trip with my family to St.Lucia and we booked our trip through this agency . On our way back we missed our connection and i was stressed out with my kids because the airline had said that we have to wait until the next day to be able o go home , i called my agent and he got us out of there in literally 2 hours with another airline and we did not pay anything additional and after we came back he got us a $200 credit because of what happened .

AVOID this travel agency at all costs. Agent blatantly scammed our group of 6. Charged us all $700 over the actual cost. When caught he paid us back in cash. There are so many reputable travel agencies available. AVOID THIS ONE!

BE CAREFUL!!! My company was contracted to perform after hours emergency service work by (John Ghannam) Whom we believe to be a principal in the company. They refuse to bay their bill, and even pretend to not know John Ghannam....
